Needless to say, because of the long time between order & delivery with no real reassurance of the goods turning up, I asked for a refund.
8th August ordered
22nd August queried whereabouts of goods
23rd August refund offered & accepted (reshipping the goods was also offered, but this was not a viable option for me)
2nd September refund in my bank A/C.
It is to their credit that this company did finally refund me. Nevertheless, my experience was not great.
In the end, I paid through the nose & bought directly from Dell. This assured the provenance of the goods, along with immaculate customer service & delivery before promised date.

Their real name is Bo Yuan e-commerce; they are a Chinese company selling in the UK as "PCAdapters Depot". They send their products from China. They sent me a charger which didn't work. I emailed them 6 times asking about their return and refund procedure, and for a return address. They refused to give me a return address and instead kept saying that my computer must be faulty or I must have bought the wrong adapter. They insisted I send them photos, measurements, etc, which I did, although they were irrelevant, as the item they sent simply didn't work. After a couple of weeks of fruitless emails and their refusal to accept the item back, or to give me any address, I finally resorted to Paypal. Luckily I'd paid by Paypal, who looked into it, found me the address in China to return the item to, and refunded me the costs of the postage and also the faulty item. I should not have had to resort to this though, the process took weeks and was very time-consuming and stressful. I would definitely avoid this company!

Didn't do my due diligence on these people. Ordered, as advertised by this company, a genuine Dell laptop battery to repair critical business computer, therefore urgently needed. Ordered 8th Aug, nothing delivered as of 22nd Aug. On my inquiries, received pathetic parcel tracking emails that say nothing & are useless; also began to receive what I believed to be suspicious phishing emails that seemed to know the basis of the order. Based on reviews I've now read in this site, I strongly suspect that when (if) my battery arrives it will not be a Dell original, but some cheap Chinese knock-off copy that will burst into flames when first charged up. I will NEVER use this company again, & cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Avoid these scammers! I ordered a Sony original Adapter for my TV like how it was advertised, but when it arrived it’s a cheap clone adapter from China. After a lot of email exchange they final decided to take it back but then expected me to send it back to China. I will be contacting my bank asking for a refund. I suggest you do the same contact your bank and tell them they’re a fraudulent company pretending to be based in the UK

Crooked Chinese scammers. They sent me an adapter i didnt order - which overheated my laptop -- took ages to get their return address - i didnt realise they were chinese until the payment had gone throuh. The insisted i showed on the return parcel the vaule as $0 or $10 so they wouldn't have to pay tax (it was worth and cost me $60) and that if i didnt do that i wouldnt get a refund, THAT IS FRAUDULENT - AND THEY INSISTED I WAS PART OF IT -- WHERE DO THEY GET OFF - THEY MUST THINK WE ARE NAIVE, They refused to give me their tax receipt number or the HS product code - so the item my even get refused or thrown away by Chinesse Customs. Paypal after much complaining helped by refunding the full price - £47 and £13 for shipping -- the item is still i think in transit. Please never ever every consder buying from therese crooks, I know you will as they look like a UK company and you dont check Trust Pilot until stuffs gone wrong - but if you buy from these pigs you will lose your money unless Paypal or your bank refund you.

This laptop battery arrived after weeks of waiting and it's a fake which cost me £76.99. It's advertised as an original Huawei battery which is why I paid the money as I didn't want a fake which might burst into flames, I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. It appears from the web address to be a UK company but actually seems to be based in China. On the plus side it was very well packaged but the battery itself is covered in a cheap looking paper which isn't stuck down very well, very cheap and tatty. There's no mention of Huawei on it as was shown on the advert when I bought it. not happy at all

The company website address leads you to believe it is a UK based company, it is a Chinese firm making copies and not even good ones. The plug in interface was completely the wrong size and therefore unusable.
I contacted the company to try to return it, only to be asked to measure the interface I.e the bit which plugs in to the computer. Once completed, and several emails later, albeit very polite and trying to be helpful, I was informed I needed to return the adapter to China at my expense. Please don't make the same mistake I did and waste your money

By the website name you think you're on a UK site but it's China. The product was described as Apple but turn out to be a copy and taking for a return was impossible.
Avoid this site completely.

Like most people I didn't do my research properly. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They appear to be a UK company...Not true they are Chinese.
They claimed the battery was held up in customs...Not true, Evri had it and it was delivered a day or so after.
They sent the WRONG BATTERY despite their ad confirming otherwise!
Once ordered, they appear to have an affiliation with a tracking company who want your credit/debit card details (like you are going to) and £1.00 to track your package for you!! Who gave them my email address without my authority? I wonder!
My chances of getting a correct battery?.... Nil, and I do not think the Post Office will even accept the wrong one for international postage.
I intend to send the battery to HP and ask them to confirm the battery is actually a genuine item, as per PCadaptersdepot advert and the printing on the item itself.
Lesson learned...do your research and do not buy from this Chinese company, which is unfortunate as there are some really decent ones.

This a Chinese company with a UK website.
There are shipping the items from China whiteout to advertise this, and the prices are very high for Chinese shipping. I have placed the order on 13 June 2024, they shipped the order on 17 June letting me know that I have to wait 3 weeks until the order arrives. Never again!

Be wary, i bought from this site as a .co.uk and stupidly did not check reviews as i rarely by from any chinese site due to their ridiculous "return to china" condition which are buried within the site in a place that is not easy to view and it is not made clear to a general consumer this will be the case if you buy from them and you have to cover shipping costs which often outweigh the refund value. The know this as they advise "to try and sell yourself online" ? Disappointed with this site and myself for buying from them. Lesson learnt. Dont fall for the same thing.

Dont purchase anything from this company...Their customer service isnt just deplorable its non existance. I have repeatedly emailed them to request a returns and I get no response.

They sent the wrong item, then refused a refund on the grounds that it was my fault that they sent the wrong item, then when pressed told me to resell it myself, when pressed again told me that they would refund it after they received it back (at my cost) IF the refund was authorised. I don't believe a refund would be 'authorised' even if I did send it back, so not throwing good money after bad by paying delivery.

I placed my order on 11/03/24 and received it on 30/03/24. There website is under a UK URL and is shown as if it is a UK based company which it is not. This company is based in China. The website states a delivery time within 7-15days then as soon as you place the order they send an email stating it will be 10-20days. I requested to cancel the order 4 times before it even arrived to me and they replied to all emails refusing. As soon as the order arrives they said 'it arrived in time' which it did not and also said 'I ordered the wrong part' which I did not. They are refusing to pay for the return and shipping to China is ridiculous. This website is a pure scam.

They are not in the UK. Prepare for delayed communication due to obvious time zones. The product did eventually turn up month later, but is what I ordered.
