Awful, ordered the adaptor for my exact modle and it doesnt fit, it took ages to arrive from china even though its implied to be a UK company and now I have to source another. also cheaper on ebay. dont bother

Do not use this company. They are based in china, the customer service is very poor. I ordered the wrong battery for my laptop..I managed to get a return address and returned the parcel.. it’s been delivered but they are not answering any of my emails.
Steer very clear of this company

Worst company to purchase from. I produced a legal email as it point out where they went wrong but they still chose to ignore it. Big mistake!

I ordered a battery for a small laptop and it has been almost a month now and no delivery in sight.
The tracking information only shows that a parcel was collected somewhere in China and nothing else whatsoever. The initial order said 15-20 working days so I am waiting for an update from them.
I will update my review accordingly, but I was under the impression that this is UK based company, while clearly this is not the case and I am not impressed.

This is not a UK company and takes weeks to deliver what I received was clearly not a genuine battery as claimed

Paid for a battery and it has not arrived for 2 weeks. Tracking info provided had stalled so I contacted Evri who advised that they have lost the parcel. I contacted PC adapter depot for a refund and they won’t give it to me because they are saying that the item is on its way however I have provided them with evidence from the shipping company who say they have lost the parcel and I’m now out of pocket because they won’t provide a refund

They sent the wrong part and blamed me for not being a professional buyer. I have to return it to their China warehouse to have any hope of a refund. Also claims to be a Dell original part bit it is not. Please check reviews before buying

after 8 days of waiting for item, when enquired about the status of order, received automated response that they are away for New Year Vacation for another 2 weeks.

This seller is based in China. The item comes from China and they repack it to make you believe it comes from the UK. If you need to return an item you need to ship it back to China. Even better the seller asked me declare a low value for the item return so he does not have to pay taxes.

Terrible company. Sent wrong adapter and but refused to accept this asking for loads of photos of my laptop and the original adapter. Based in China, lesson learnt avoid at all costs

Purchased item according to my model number and got sent a charger which was not compatible.
When attempting to return I was asked for many details including images of the charger with measurements and the ports.
They then sent me the same one i Purchased stating I bought the wrong one and I would have bought this one.
They are refusing to give me a full refund and have called me a non professional for not purchasing the correct item when they can't provide me with the correct item.
Said they could give me a 10% refund if I purchase the correct one which they also cannot send me.
And as other people are suggesting yes they are based in China so they are asking us to pay the £10 return fee for the wrong product.

Ordered an item based on the model number as advertised, they sent out an item with a different model number which surprise surprise doesn't fit. This is their response: "sometimes the codes of different production batches will be different. You need to according to detail parameters and buy replacement parts."

Complete refusal to resolve, also based in China, not British as they attempt to appear.

Hi this company advertises as being in the uk, they are not and the adapters come from China, the adapter I bought was advertised as original, what arrived was not original and it didn't work, spent a month towing and frowing with this company, and ended up disputing the case wirh PayPal. Which eventually went in my favour, the adapter I am sending to trading standards so they can test it, I imagine it will be deemed unsafe.

Sent the completely wrong battery advertise themselves as a UK company but their Chinese I agree with the other negative reviews I've emailed them asked for a refund or to send the correct part I'm also gonna list them as a fraudulent site

Received wrong battery company would not answer my communications! fortunately paid by credit card and was able to reclaim from them. BE WARNED !!!

Avoid!
Cheap counterfeit products! No UK stock, takes weeks to arrive and when it does it's not what you ordered, return it's not an option.
To add insult to injury they ask for pictures of the original product, so they can copy it.

Didn't receive the correct item. They expect me to return to China! At my expense. PayPal were useless. Definitely not a genuine adapter. Avoid!

Poor quality product, they advertised they would send HP replacement battery and sent generic knock off, they pretend they are UK based but the products are sent from China and seller is based in China, no chance they will arrived in 3-5 days as stated on website, used paypal to pay for item, they then played the system delaying their responses, they offer a refund but wont provide free return label as per UK law and will only provide refund once confirmed receipt cost of postage almost as much as the cost of item. Paypal wont refund until confirmation of receipt but will find in favour of the seller if not received by certain date. Seller delayed responses to make it impossible to send back to a single room address in China before fixed paypal end date making it impossible to achieve refund. They seller played the system, avoid pcadapters like the plague, use amazon they value their customers more and if that doesnt tell you something about pcadapters they you need to stop buying things online. pcadapters online customers service also a joke made promises and never delivered and also refused to provide me with a UK returns address !!!

Very easy to use, it should be genuine, the quality is very good.

This store is good, the customer service is professional, enthusiastic and patient, the things you buy are genuine, support.
