PCCaseGear Reviews

Great communication and put the system together quickly

You guys were very helpful in giving me the information about a graphic card making it easier choose the right one.

Easy to navigate website. Excellent customer service and communication. Build and delivery very quick.
I needed a new gaming PC no ready to ship were what I needed in my price range. I gave them the system requirements I wanted and they were able build me a PC in my price range with all the specs.
New PC is excellent and exceeded expectations.

I use to buy all more PC stuff from there but know their prices aren't better then the competition they screw my last order and stuff took forever to be received they ignored emails and told me it was never sent as if I couldn't look up if it was sent or not and don't show any respect for their customers l. I would recommend jw computers in Sydney or scorptec if else where in Aus both place have much better customer service and respect.

fast delivery service. I got what I ordered. Previous orders have gone through smoothly. When I have queried certain issues, PC casegear get back to me in a prompt manner providing expert advice.

very easy to compare products, amazing deals, and ease of transaction - was surprised not to see any gummy bears tapped to the side :'( - but overall experience was amazing as always

Reliable delivery and a good stock of products

no option for redirect, no option for no signature, website does not give tracking number. haven't even received my item yet and im disappointed

Quick delivery, product neatly placed in box with adequate protection. Would definitely order again

Purchased a couple of new components for my computer, had to contact them to correct a couple of issues. They were friendly and extremely helpful. By the end of a phone call to sales everything was sort and my parts were dispatched the next morning, highly recommended. Great range of products, fash dispatch and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

As always PCCase gear are great to deal with. Product selection/availability, ordering process, advice/customer service, efficiency, shipping (updates) etc all best practice. Cannot recommend them enough.

Sent everything two days before Christmas and I got it the Monday after. Fantastic, my next purchases will definitely be through PCCaseGear!

spent $4000 on a new PC for the first time in 15 years to reward myself.

Non stop constant crashes thanks to the AMD graphcis card they gave me.

$4000 all down the drain, now I have to work over hundreds of extra hours to pay this off. thanks pccasegear

Don’t changed it’s always been good.
Even problem solution are a breeze too!

PC case gear has the best range of parts brands in Australia. The website is clean and easy to navigate. Shipping is quick and prices are fair. I am happy to shop again!

I’ve purchased all of my UniFi networking equipment through PC Case Gear and the experience has been consistently excellent.

From routers and access points through to switches and accessories, their range is always in stock, well priced, and clearly described — which is crucial when you’re building or expanding a serious network setup. Orders are processed quickly, packaging is solid, and everything arrives exactly as expected.

What really stands out is reliability. When you’re running a property and depending on enterprise-grade Wi-Fi (in my case across multiple buildings and guest networks), you need hardware you can trust and a supplier who gets it right the first time — and PCCG absolutely delivers on that.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually understands tech users, not just sells boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PC Case Gear to anyone building or upgrading a network, gaming rig, or home lab.

Thanks PCCG — I’ll definitely continue buying from you.

Excellent and quick service and prices very competitive. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. Fast delivery (Even interstate), competitive pricing and great customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.
