There is no more PCH. You have to pay to play? No way! I used to enjoy playing the games and have hope for a win and enjoy.

Been with PCH since 2004 now I don't receive any e-mails, have to buy a membership now or you can't enter, the cost of living is high, what about the low income, we can't enter the sweepstakes, it's a shame

Never again, are they joking? I played for years and years, never winning a thing but enjoyed playing the games. I bought a couple of things years ago, too expensive. Now one needs to pay to play and enter sweepstakes? I'm done.

This NEW PCH site is gonna fail. What's the point of coming back? The new Site is boring.

No games anymore, you pay for entries, Or get entries when you buy overpriced merch with ugly PCH logos all over it.

And I can't even access the apps, get error and maintenance messages so i have no clue if the apps will be better. cleared cache and reinstalled all of the apps. they don't work.

I think it’s a scam. It’s just some other company bought it out. I remember PCH was always begging people to buy cheap overpriced merchandise. The same goods anyone could buy locally less than 1/2 the price. Now it’s become a member. Becoming a member means giving them access to your financial information. Meanwhile they won’t tell us what happened. The app went dark before all the games ended!!!!

What happened to the search engine?? I am so confused by the removal of it, and I truly don’t understand why it’s now only shopping, when we have so many options available and few search options.

They are non-existent when you try to write them or contact them. They either don't answer your complaints, or they pretend that they never received it. They are deceptive in their advertising more so now than ever before. There is NOTHING FREE !!! You must purchase a membership ( whatever that means) in order to even enter their sweepstakes. I'm thinking more and more that it is nothing more than an elaborate scam.

wanting to charge are they kidding? sure its free if you want to watch 15 commercial not sure how many tokens you get but i am done with it.

They tell You No purchase necessary but You don't have any chance of winning unless you have purchase a monthly membership.Where is the fairness??Is this legal??the only site up right up right now is their shopping market.Who can afford this with way the economy is, They are very vague about things. Dream Factory.. I don't think so...It should be The Scam Factory..

good morning, to let yall know l have been playing for over 40 years never won a dine, the reason l keep playing is to win, but it also wakes me up in the morning when you get up at the crack of dawn, l think they are wrong to want to charge you now to play, that what l get out of this ,maybe l am wrong ,not the frist time ,yall have a good day and God love you ALL

Delete my account PCH people today have NO idea on what PCH HAS been and stood for in the UNITED STATES for (73 years)! Thank you to the Founder's and people that made PCH what it was and stood for.

It used to be a good site. I enjoyed playing the card games and the quizzes. You could enter for free, but now they require you to become a paid subscriber. The only way to enter for free is by mail. What a joke!
I played daily for many years and was lucky enough to win $5,000, $500, $100, and several Amazon gift cards worth $5-$10.

It used to be great. Even to just play the games for entries with a hope of winning. I don't play the lottery but I liked the way this was. Now they might as well call it the pch lottery like the rest, so you know that you may be wasting your money on a chance at a win. At least it didn't cost me anything before to have fun and a chance at a winning. This was the worst thing I have seen them do in the last 40 years of me playing. You guys ruined a great thing!

The new owners think people will "pay to play" THEY ARE SO WRONG! No one is going to! I have over 6 billion tokens and have won only 1 $5.00 check (and didn't even cash that)! So now They want me to "pay to play" I see so many talking about their millions of tokens and they are complaing? Obviously this is the end of pch.com! The new owners can be they will fail at keeping it alive! I'm done!

I'd give PCH zero stars, if I could. I've been a loyal customer since 1989 and now PCH wants to charge me to be a member, I don't think so. I've entered many sweepstakes and have won nothing. I have several hundred billion tokens and will get nothing for them, even if I exchange them. PCH charging their loyal customers and gamers is a bad idea. PCH will be EXTINCT soon.

This revamp of Pch wants money for you to “participate”. I cannot afford one more thing. With everything going on with the current administration, Pch needs to read the room. Trying to play a game for tokens, intermittently interrupted by ads, some of them hateful political ads, ain’t nobody got time for that. I hear they went bankrupt recently. They better be prepared to do so again. I’m out.
