I have been playing since the seventies. Back then, it was mail-in entries. Over the years I have won $50. Now they are requiring membership for a fee. No way!

I miss playing PCH Games Does that mean that after May 1 playing games will no longer be available. Also I am on Social Security and cannot afford the $28 to become a member

I’ve been working toward collecting a billion lifetime tokens. About two weeks ago I got my first notice that things are changing in May when I was at about 900 million tokens. They couldn’t have given us 30 days notice? Fine, I’ve been working my butt off and am now at about 986,500,000, playing the Minute Mania word match game. Suddenly, today, it’s no longer available. I only need through the weekend to reach my billion, which would still leave four days to redeem my tokens, which will be easy, because I only have about 110 million. Now, I’ll never reach my personal goal and I am PEED OFF!

I see PCH has been going downhill for a long time. They filed for bankruptcy. Then the big prizes went away. Then the cars/trucks prizes become sporadic. Then they started lowering the cash prizes amount down to $5,000, then $3,000, then $2,500. Then, they tried to get us to PAY THEM for the privilege of obtaining entries. Yes, there are free ways to enter. Requiring you to pay would be illegal. However, they make it as inconvenient as possible. I’ve spent over two years trying to get to a billion tokens, and I was in no hurry, because I figured I had plenty of time and would reach my goal some time in June. Now, unless they turn that game back on (because it has unlimited play) I’ll never get there. If that happens, I’M DONE WITH PCH AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, NOT TO BOTHER. If they’re going to go out of business I’d rather have it be sooner than drag it out. They are getting a lot of people angry with them by this sudden change.

I signed up for 1 time monthly payment of $10, but every month they charge me again and I have tried to cancel but when I do with the website they provide it says bad error not available, I want it canceled forever I am done with them

I have 2.1 billion tokens. I won PCH 3 times: $1,000 and 2 ten dollar awards. Now... they removed the big prizes and are shutting down tokens and other fan favorite games and sweeps. It is over. Done! PCH for me is at an end.

After about 12-13 years and 20 minutes or more every day including holidays of religiously submitting pch entries obtaining almost 2 billion tokens, i am falling on the sword and admitting to many people I have debated all these years, they were correct in saying “it is a scam and you are wasting your time time”. I am retiring from my second job with pch.

After years of game play, where there were frequent problems, I find myself once again frustrated at this companies failings in keeping their sites up and running. I have so many screen shots of their problems, and I could never find a number to call, so I would email their customer support about the issue, and their response was to block me! Being an IT person, I was appalled at their incompetence in keeping the various platforms working. They would change things without beta testing, and the users on their sites would just get blank screens or false errors - their default msg: unable to connect with server, when nothing was wrong, we had multiple devices working, but their messages would always claim that the error was on our end. Been submitting sweepstakes since I was 19, and mostly all that was available was the magazine subscriptions, now I'm 71 with 12.3 billion tokens that will now be worthless. Cashing them in never got me anything, not even a $25. Amazon card. So the token exchange was just a scam too! April 2nd they killed the old pch app, and just started posting false system messages. The started you with 50,000 tokens, and each day you signed on after they added 275 tokens. Takes a while to accumulate, but I once got up to 142,000 when we went to a northern area of Wisconsin and couldn't get WiFi. started over again and got up to 179,000, before another vacation in Canada with no connections lost that total, so started over again with 50,000 and them adding just 275 tokens daily. Was proud of the fact that I got up to 424,525 added that day, and then it just was taken down. Things haven't been working for multiple days before they decide to finally post pages announcing the big change. I'm angry that all those hours of play earning 12 plus billion tokens is just going to disappear.

Well it was fun while it lasted. The new PCH business model is not going to work. They will go belly up in no time!

I have been playing PCH nightly since 2018. I,have 7billion tokens and have been a VIP Player for OVER 5 years, "it took a lot of playing games and token to climb the latter getting to VIP Elite. I did win a few checks of $5 to $10 bucks even won a $100.00 a couple of times! in April 2026 No more emails No more logging into PCH games, PCH + lotto or anything! New owners took over PCH and after that its gone to hell!! This should really be looked into! New ownership is sending me 1 email daily now to become a PCH member $25 dollars on up to become a member. stating it will automatically enter you in 10× the chances to win major prizes $1 million a New Bronco or whatever! Is this a scam? Not sure and, I'm not going to pay to find out! I think this should really be investigated! That being said, 'Its sad that this has turned into greed or Scam! you can't even get onto PCH to play any good games anymore without paying the price! For some I'm sure, 'it wasn't all about the win, 'even though that would of been great! One thing for sure "PCH is going to loose a lot of PCH gamers due to this!

I guess it's finally time to quit now! I been playing these games for about 17yrs now and all I won is about $30 maybe? as of today 4/15/26 I have accumilated 15,080,138,711 lifetime tokens I have 12,771,494,976 token balance that they say I have to use by May 1st. I've used about 2.3 billion tokens on rewards and didn't win anything so far! so I'm going to use the whole 12.7 billion tokens left on one prize and see what happens? most Likely scenario absolutely nothing. scam scam scam

PCH have sharply reduced a user's chances of winning prizes. I'm going to keep doing surveys and quizzes to rack up points, but after April 30, I'm gone. They took a crappy company and made it even worse, and the PCH shopping scam is illegal.

I hear death rattles in PCH apps. Daily now they offer fewer and fewer opportunities for winning. They have removed their grand prize entries on the PCH app “islands.” I personally believe they are phasing out. No longer worth our time and certainly not worth this new monthly paid membership they are pushing.

I've been entering forever and seems like it's all tokens and no money. Now they have started this PCH membership thing and that seems really shady.. for the last week the pch lotto and app have been down. Sure would be nice to hold that big check but odds are not good

I’ve been entering PCH for decades and just recently found out the company had gone bankrupt last year. This new digital company is only offering a Superprize of $1.5MM! I’ve still been entering those up to this past weekend when I went to enter and all I saw were contests worth only $10,000!! That’s nice weekly money but I need life changing money!! None of the PCH apps work anymore. Also, the old PCH phone numbers do not work anymore! What’s going on?!! Linda B.

I have been responding to the PCH emails to win money and prizes for 11 years and have accumulated more than 2.6 billion tokens. I have won nothing. Now they are demanding that we pay them to get chances to win. PCH has become a scam. I am done with PCH. I suspect this represents a good opportunity for an attorney to bring a class action lawsuit.

I have been trying to Winn since 1978 no luck. Now they want you to pay every month.

I've been playing your games, doing your tasks, answering your emails since October of 2024. I haven't won a damn thing. The law of mathematical averages says that is statistical impossible unless there is sentient intervention. I worked in IT for a long time and I know how you are perpetrating this scam. Oh, sorry, I did win $10 on Flip and Win, but the email said I won a $10 Amazon card, and all I had to do was enter the code in the box to claim my prize. The code box was empty.

Your adverts say you've awarded 467,000,000 since the early 1960s. If you were legitimate, you would've awarded 10 times that amount.

I have come to the conclusion that you are totally scamming people who are living in desperate situations and you are preying on them. That's devious and unconscionable. Therefore, I want you to remove me from your email lists. Remove my email, phone number, address, etc. Close my profile completely.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for perpetrating such a dastardly disappointment on so many people looking to you to help them get their lives back together. It took me a long time to realize you're no better than the websites that emulate yours. You have the biggest name in the webscam industry, but you should be ashamed of yourselves.

This isn't just sour grapes. 2 years, and $10 that I couldn't even rightfully claim? I'm posting this everywhere I can as a warning. I've seen other posts like the one I'm sending to you now. I know I'm not the only one who has experienced futility and sadness perpetrated by your subtle guile and grifting.

I have been entering every day for 27 years haven't won anything yet, but am hopeful. Am crippled, alone. This would really help me.

It just happened again. The football when thru the goal posts and up pops "technical difficulties". It occurs frequently when it appears you won. I have been religiously entering PCH for over 20 years. I believe I once received a $10 or $25 Amazon gift certificate. That's it. With the change in ownership there is no longer any contact information. You receive emails that do not give you any opportunities - primarily the 2nd Lotto of the day opportunity. Most often "Oops". Curious who ever wins the New Home? Do they draw every 50 years? Now, the new ownership wants you to pay for entries. Very disappointing. So I believe I understand "technical difficulties". Tell me if I'm wrong.

PCH IS A SCAM!!! I’ve been playing their games for over 20 years the only people that seem to win are White and live in a certainly Zip Code! Now they want you to buy some into some club, package, or whatever it is!
I’ve never know anyone that won anything & I’ve lived in several states, they are lying!!!
