I just had a PCH employee with customer service hang up on me. I spent 20 minutes with him and I repeatedly told him I wanted to talk with a supervisor. This is the 3rd time I have called in 5 days. I keep getting someone else’s orders and being charged for them. I had one employee say to me that I just forgot I had ordered those items!!!
My orders are going to someone else. And they can’t acknowledge their mistake. I won’t be ordering anything from them again.

You lead people to believe they have won, we order more and more and enter astronomical amounts of times throughout the day.... based on lies???? I walked away 20 years ago and I'm walking away now..... you'll get what I owe you, not a penny more. I truly believed I was going to win based on your lies....

I have been with publishers clearinghouse for years I have gotten so many things from them. And I write out a money order and save my receipts because they’ve come back and said that I owe money for these items I paid for already and I know I paid for something twice until I noticed this was happening. There’s always that dream of winning the publishers clearing house and after 20 or more plus years I give up. I actually started to think it was a scam how can you sign up for something for 20 years and never hear anything from them good luck to everybody if you’re signing up for their sweepstakes.

I won $25 about 3 years ago. I basically just play to reach the black diamond level. If I don't win something better I will be disappointed, but I have never won any contests or sweepstakes before. It's a good way to spend down time.
I play for fun not profit!

I got a $10 check from PCH. Don't why. I don't buy anything. I have gotten 102,700,000 Million Useless Tokens. I think it's time to quit.

If there was a 0 rating believe me I’d give it to them. One time I was playing a game and they said I was a $10,000.00 winner, then they sent me a message and said it was a mistake and that the winner was an Ohio person! I tried to contact them but there wasn’t any contact link. These people are fake fraudsters…. Don’t be fooled!!!

It’s amazing to me that PCH will send you a letter from headquarters stating that if you order from this particular envelope with a star on the front it is almost sure that you are going to win. Then they turn around and mail you another envelope stating that from this envelope you are sure to win because these numbers have only been given to the very few in your area. When does it all end? It doesn’t and people keep falling for their lies I think and their products are really very cheap and made in China.

I have been playing PCH for years now (since 1997) and am now DONE of them and their ways of making money off of me with the advertisements and all types of promises along with flooding my email box and selling complete junk to me. There were particular times that I did buy stuff from them and I should of learned my lesson to not be suckered because just about everything they have to offer is very cheap and of Dollar Store value. If anything, I would say to consider the magazine subscriptions but that's about it. I am now about to waste money on an order that I felt they had conveniently shipped before I canceled the order. Now its the case of do I spend the extra money to return it and wait for a refund or just pay for it. In this case their customer service is not helpful and I am just going to pay. I will never be a sucker for PCH again and I hope they read my review. AND, as a matter of fact, if you want good magazines then just go to your local grocery store whose having a hard time selling theirs out and support their business. To conclude, don't be a sucker like me and stop playing their games with a false sense of hope. You will save money and a sense of mind too.

I have over 700 million tokens. Its a no brainer the time I have invested in PCH. I find it very strange that people on the daily token leader board has an average of over 400k tokens but I NEVER even come close to reaching that daily amount from the various scratch offs etc. that counts toward that particular tally. Also, I am a VIP ELITE but when I log on to play the next day I am back to just a VIP until I play one sweepstake then again I am promoted back to VIP ELITE status. This has been happening everyday for the past two weeks. If PCH cant get something as simple as that correct. What else are they getting wrong? Makes you wonder......

150 million points used to win merchandise; have won nothing. Something smells rotten. Been a customer and regular contest enterer since 1975 and have won $20.

Hey PCH, your app appears to be broken. I keep seeing the same months old Yahoo news feeds, 3 at a time, over and over again! It's irritating beyond belief! And I have reported the ad well over 100 times but it still shows up about a dozen times per day while trying to enter contests. So I think you app is broken and needs to be repaired. Hope this helps.

If I could give PCH zero stars, believe me, I definitely would!! Nobody ever Wins, and when I see them Standing at Someones Front Door, I just Want to Scream, SCAMMERS!!! THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST!!!!!!!

Regardless of if I win it keeps me hoping for a better tomorrow and puts my mind where I want to be.

I don't know about others but I have really enjoyed the pch experience the people that I have dealt with have been nothing but helpful friendly and professional my experience has been awesome I just received my first winners check it was just 5dollars but it's not the amount that matters sometimes I have never won anything it makes you feel good..THANKS GUYS Jerry Hamm

Don't ever order plants via PCH. I received (5) dead roots that will never grow and with their handling charge the plants are way over priced.

The people getting paid by PCh are Steve Harvey and the football dude. Winning is not the goal. If you and 10,000 to1 mil other people like me give the $20 for something that costs them $3 $17 x 100 mil = 1.7. Bill. just to try and Win something that seems to elude everyone. tThey get that revenue. It is a business like Las Vegas. The “house” wins, you do not. They are never going to pay out the $... per week to very many people because that would hurt their bottom line. Because it is digital, they can continue to keep us on the dream hook while rarely paying out. Sad. Very low ball business scheme that works on people’s hopes and Dreams. 1mil x $20 =20,000,000.00 for the company for 1 month? In 2013 the company was worth 840 mil. Over a billion now. If you keep paying for a 6 billion to 1 dream, when there are 7.6 billion people living today, you and I are actually truly throwing away our time for this company. I have definitely been throwing away mine. There are other ways to get out of whatever your situation is. This company does not care about you or your time. They make you spend an extreme amount of time to try and win. They want you to waste it with them in pursuit of your dreams, but you are only making them wealthier with products that cost more through their service than if you ordered them directly. I’m looking at the time I have wasted and the money I have spent, and I will NEVER GIVE THEM A CENT AGAIN. NOR MY TIME, which is all I have in life. Why am I wasting it for this UGLY company. Look at their disgusting earnings based on your sweat and tears. Who are you helping? Andrew Goldberg CEO. The company MADE 840 MILLION IN 2013. Can you win. Yes. But you are more likely to get hit by lightning. The odds are worse than the powerball or mega million. Those are 178 mill. To 0ne. Much better odds, and yet still less likely than getting hit by lightning.

Mejor de esta historia de PCH voy hacer un libro llamado "las tristes amarguras de la internet gracias a la secta Illuminati"hace 2 horas Google fotos me desaparecio Los primeros 12 capitulos dónde cuento los 257 sorteos que les gane siendo $2,659.000.00 lo que nunca me pagaron.... y que tenía guardados según ellos ya no puedo escribirlos si supieran que todos mis amigos les dejé una copia de ellas haber si también a ellos se las desaparecen...bueno espero y este libro se haga un Best seller para tener un poco de dinero de regreso de lo mucho que me han quitado.... y creo yo que para el mes de septiembre. PCH - Publishers Clearing House
I was a PCH VIP Elite for awhile. I was with them before the new website (it is not the original) and before an app (which I did download and play). They send so many e-mails and make it sound like you are in the final draw and are the BIG winner (every drawing). I started catching mistakes - announcing there was no lifetime prize winner when the contest had not ended yet. Then, awarding another lifetime prize to the estate of a woman who died prior to the contest open date (she could not have had a winning number if she had died prior to the contest - it is their rules an entry be entered after the start date of the contest) and why leave it to the estate of a dead woman when it is a lifetime prize (To be paid over 40 years)! Some prizes disappear and never seem to be awarded! I have more incidents and I have proof of what I say. I am ashamed of myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt.
