The property was everything we expected it to be and more. A beautiful property in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the exceptional sea views and the short coastal walk into the historic harbour of Charlestown.
The property was very well equipped, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable holiday.
The staff at Perfect Stays were very helpful when we were booking our holiday and they were very responsive to any queries we had.

A great experience from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Our stay at Upcott Farm was unforgettable and made a great setting for a family birthday. Cannot recommend the company and property owners enough. Would definitely book again.

Style over substance- Driftwood, Rock.
Very disappointing stay at Driftwood in Rock. Property was stylish- poor functionality and hygiene not up to standard. Mould in main bathroom and dust on stairs. Perspex covers on furniture and half used bottles of carex soap in a ‘luxury’ property. Not what we expected having stayed in other properties of similar prices by other companies.
Arrived last Saturday, the house was stifling with only one fan, a welcome cardboard box with some stale nuts and fudge inside- company said there should have been milk/eggs/bread left out but unfortunately this was not the case.
We were contacted by perfect stays on the second day and we did inform them about the issues but didn’t hear back.
Ended up leaving a day early due to loud building work from a house being built opposite and 2 doors down- not informed of this on booking so please be aware if you are planning on staying here.

Beachfront is a great house for a family group like us, five adults and a toddler. We were looking for a beach holiday and as this is the UK, somewhere by the sea to enjoy the views even in inclement weather. The view over to Burgh Island is iconic. As it happens the weather was great. Closeness to the beach meant we could easily go backward and forward, have early morning swims and a couple more visits to the beach each day. Evening walks are also delightful, and Burgh Island was surprisingly interesting.
One thing to mention - At this time of year the sun never shines straight in at the front of Beachfront so we could enjoy the sunny terrace all day long without overheating inside! The house is very well equipped. And the utility room extremely useful. The living areas had plenty of room to hang out in together, even when doing separate activities The house manager was very pleasant and efficient. The dishwasher was replaced while we were there. All smoothly done.
All in all a lovely family holiday and Beachfront made it easy to relax and enjoy. Should also mention that furniture was all comfortable and the interior design very classy. Much thought has gone into making Beachfront comfortable luxury. Unusual for the UK we didn’t use the barbecue - too hot!!

We had a fantastic stay at Prennek House in Mawgan Porth. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for family time. One of the best parts was how easy it was to get to the beach — just a simple, quick walk that made every day feel effortless. We spent quality time together, enjoyed the stunning coastline, and felt completely at home throughout our stay. Prennek House gave us everything we needed for a memorable family trip, and we’d happily return.

The process was simple via Perfect Stays and would definitely book through them again.

Heavenly Harlyn Bay with Perfect Stays!
We had the best family holiday at Poldhu in Harlyn Bay. The house was beautiful and catered to everyone in our family, even our dog. This house has everything you could possibly need to make for a perfect holiday. And amazing art! Thank you for making our grandson feel special by having a lounging chair in his size. Walking distance to the beach, Harlyn Pub (fantastic food and people) and the Lobster Shed. Thank you to all the staff and the cleaning crew who are A stars. We were very sad to leave. A magical week of memories: surfing, castle building, amazing food and fun. Looking forward to our return next year.

Our fifth holiday booked through Perfect Stays and we would highly recommend them. We stayed in Trelawn at Harlyn Bay, a beautiful house, which exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay there again.

The name says it all! Perfect Stay for a Perfect holiday!! We stayed at The Paddocks in Cornwall. It’s a beautiful property, and the owners have created a place to truly relax and unwind as a family. It was the little touches that made our stay memorable; the pizza oven, fire pit, bbq, balcony off the master bedroom, games room, friendly cows in the field, & a lovely hamper on arrival, which was very much appreciated. I would Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be using perfect stays again.

We stayed at a property called Serenity. It was our second time there. It's a lovely property that is well maintained with great sea views overlooking Charlestown Bay. The maintenance team there are really professional and the property is very well maintained with everything you need. Although you should note that there is no tumble drier only a washing machine. Other than this everything is first class. As usual the Perfect Stays team were also as helpfull and proffesional as normal.

Trevenek is a lovely house in a great place. We had a great week there. It really does have everything you need for a great holiday. The beds are lovely and comfy, the en-suites all perfect and the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly want. We had a great time thank-you.
The only thing we would have appreciated would have been a couple of kitchen towels and more than one tea towel. There were 7 dishwasher tablets for us. Of course we bought some more as that is not enough for a week. It always seems a bit mean - just leave us a box full of if we are paying £3500 for a week - you could just spend another couple of pounds…..
otherwise-really grand.

This was our second successive year staying at Brynia. The house itself is very impressive and beautifully presented. Located with commanding views of the estuary and the sea. Highly recommended.

What more could you wish for than a wonderful week in Cornwall at Noordhoek. The house is magnificent and only a few strides from the beach. We were a party of 13 in ages ranging from 85 to 3 and it was our fourth visit. Already I have booked for next year! Everything was facilitated by the amazing team at Perfect Stays who throughout our stay made sure we had all we needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to them and to the owner for sharing the house with us. Now counting the days to May 2027! Best wishes Paddy.

Excellent service from start to finish . We stayed at Gwel Avor in Port Isaac …what a property ! Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Incredible views of the sea and 10 minutes walk into Port Isaac. Plenty of room for 10 of us plus a dog !
Good communication right from booking ..and an actual person to email/ phone contact . Concierge services offered although we didn’t require any. Lovely basket of local food provided on arrival .

We had a lovely stay recently at Sea House in Porth. The house was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The house is equipped with everything we needed and was very clean.

This is our third stay at The Nook through Perfect Stays, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful. The location is beautiful, the property is immaculate, and we truly love staying here, so much so that we’ve already booked another visit for June rather than waiting until October.
We also can’t fault Perfect Stays; the team is always on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our little dog especially enjoys her morning beach walks, and she loves having the freedom to play in the garden at The Nook.
We also really appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome hamper filled with local produce. We can’t wait to return!

Another exceptional experience using Perfect Stays. The property (Serenity) was absolutely incredible. There is a genuine WOW factor with the quality of the property, the views but also the location is superb. A 10 minute walk to Charlestown to one side of the property, with a stunning beach 15 mins the either side.
