Antwoord van Perfume Plus Direct
We are sorry to hear you have not had an experience at the standard we strive to maintain.
I am happy to see we now have correspondence with you and would like to reiterate our products are genuine, have never been used, and are still within their original packaging.
As discussed, there can be slight variations in scent depending on batch date and updates in designs do not always occur at the same time depending on the manufacturing country.
We hope this answers your query but please do reach out again if we can be of any further assistance.
Kind Regards, Perfume Plus Direct

Great service
I have been much impressed by Perfume Plus Direct, even though there was a problem with the order. Their chosen delivery company - Evri - managed to lose the order somewhere. PPD accepted the problem and, after a short period, sent a replacement, which then arrived quickly and safely. There was no quibbling over the issue. An organised and trustworthy company.
