As good as my last experience of Perilla. Lovely bedsocks last longer than cashmere!

The courtesy shown when I enquired about a discrepancy which was my fault and mine alone.

Lovely socks, sadly very few nice colours left in stock, all the really nice colours had sold out-shame.

No problem returning socks from Small to Large and (sadly) am returning them again for medium - will get it right this time.

No problem at all with the service. Chose the option of Royal Mail delivery as no way on this earth would I ever use Evri, who regrettably is the company’s chosen agent. Unfortunately the RM option was nearly as bad! But Perilla is fine.

Edited to say that Evri has appalling but justifiable customer service scores, as I can attest. But good that it works well for Perilla. However, that did not influence my score. No company exists where I would award full five stars! (Or whatever the scoring system is).
I have already commented that Perilla (its service) is ‘fine’. It’s unlikely that I would ever award greater praise to any company, so I hope that comment is taken in the same spirit as it is given!
