I found them via their Ebay listing & shop. After reaching out to them regarding an order I wished to place; then was directed to their website in order to create a custom order.

On both occasions they were exemplary with their customer service.

I ordered 48x Chicken / Veg Chappie & they sent it next day delivery. Fully Tracked for peace of mind & received it with a free dog bowl.

One of the best companies I had the pleasure of dealing with.

Good fast service

Good product ,fast delivery .But why have the 10% off codes sent with my
previous orders never been excepted ,The codes have all been within the
12month time limit

Orthopaedic dog mattress arrived in good time. Did as product guidelines suggested and unpacked mattress and left for a while to allow the foam to expand so as to fit into the outer mattress cover. However, this didn't happen. The inner foam hasn't expanded to fit the cover making the cover too large. Our dog seems to like the orthopaedic mattress though, do have kept it, even though it also doesn't fit our dogs indoor kennel. I've inserted a blanket to fit the extra space.

Horrendous, was in desperate need for food for my animals, ordered 24h shipping, 5 days later they haven’t even shipped the parcel. Messaged asking where it was, respond 4 minutes later telling me that they had done some checks, got in contact with the courier, the courier had looked for it and it “had gone missing” they then refunded me and emailed me back (WITHIN 4 MINUTES) I don’t believe a word of it, complete lies, left me right in the lurch with absolutely no food for my animals with no notice whatsoever. AVOID like the plague, these are not animal people.

I ordered two bags of rabbit food as a first time purchaser who was trying to support a small business rather than get it cheaper from Amazon.

The delivery turned up 4 days after the expected delivery even though I had asked for an update as nothing was showing on the courier website, communication from the seller was terrible and I ended up having to buy a bag from a local store and then setting up the subscribe and save on Amazon in the end as I had run out of food and don't want to find myself in that position again.

I refused the parcel when they tried to deliver it as I now have an abundance of rabbit food from more reputable suppliers and they tell me they cannot refund me until they get the food back in their warehouse even though they can see I refused it.

All in all pretty terrible customer service and proof that no good deed goes unpunished while trying to support a small business recover from a pandemic.
