I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the team for rectifying this mistake so promptly. I am sorry that I seemed a little panicked by the lack of a response, but after various telephone calls that rang out and no acknowledgement of my emails being sent, I was understandably suspicious. It might be worth updating customers immediately to acknowledge their queries and re-assure them that the matter will be dealt with within a time frame. I know this would have put my mind at rest! Thank you once again for your service and I apologise for the misunderstanding 🤭

I am very pleased with the speed with which my purchase was despatched. Then, the communication was plentiful and the carriers continued with the same intent to result in a brilliantly expedited service. I hope and expect that all future transactions will undertaken in the same excellent way. I cannot fault this performance. I highly recommend. Everything about them indicates a positive attitude to customer service and many many other enterprises do not have the same desire to be the best. It seems to me that Petmonkey does. Pet monkey service
I tried pet monkey for ferret food as my local stores did not carry what I was after.
Pet monkey offered the best price and free postage. I ordered and the food was with me within 2 days which surprised me to say the least.
So I would have to say pet monkey is an excellent choice to buy your pets food from, a good company with excellent service.
