Fraudulent website!
Does not register pet microchip with any national database. Takes money under the guise of registering microchip, but does not. All emails to the email address are undeliverable. IT IS A SCAM!
I was sent the link by the breeder of my puppy to register the microchip. It was only after I realised that the microchip wasn’t registered, that I had to register it again with the correct database and also pay again. I am currently trying to get a refund. My bank is investigating

As the other reviews mention, this isn't a genuine site. Just found out that I paid £21 in Feb 25 and my dog isn't even registered to me!

Very sophisticated in the way they present themselves. I actually searched for PETtrac and this came up before it in the search, making it look like it was the correct website.

This company is widely accused of being a scam: reviewers paid £21, received no valid microchip registration, and report no meaningful customer support. Multiple users say they never appear on any recognized database. Highly untrustworthy.

This website is pure evil - misleads you into thinking you are logging your pets microchip details safely yet it's meaningless. It essentially does absolutely nothing, and will only cause huge confusion and problems.

DO NOT use this under ANY circumstances. Please use one of the main government approved services.

This is a scam , no email nor message , took my money Do not use !!! They do not register your pets details they just want your money big scam ,, no email no contact after complaining to them , iv reported them but see they are still on the web . Just use GOV approved

I changed over my rescue dog chip on the 25/12/24 . Paying £21 after checking with the database I found out that he was not registered I requested a no question's asked refund . I have had 3 messages saying that the money would be back in my account within 1 to 3 working days it's impossible to get InTouch with them. One big scam just to rob people of there money

I have been trying to change ownership of my pet for a year with them and no response, a complete scam company.. don’t waste your money on them.

I registered my pup into my name and address (so I thought) then had an email to say that she wasn’t on any database 😱 scam site!

I was also duped by this scam. This is not a legitimate website.

Changed address so contacted them to update chips. £21 per pet
My cat was killed last Sunday and the chip hadn't been updated
Had my vet check my dogs chip today, that's not been changed either.
Tried to contact them but no response.

Do not use these it's a scam there not legitimate and chips are not registered on the national pet microchip data base

A total criminal scam. First listed on Google and I payed £21. Have reported fraud with my card and had card stopped etc. Its outrageous they are sitting on Google. Really annoyed with this and immoral website

Complete scam, not a registered data base and took my money. Will be raising dispute with bank.

Scam! Do not register with this website/company. They are not registered under the GOV guidelines. They do not give refunds when requested. Your details will be avaliable for anybody to see, including name and address so also breaking GDPR laws.

Total Scam! And they do not refund you within 1-3 days!!! Still waiting for my refund 7 days on!!! I will be reporting them for fraud!!!! Disgusting!

Scam. Not linked to a registered database. Pointless. When I put chip number in it is not shown on any database. Raised this with my bank who will investigate.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I was told by my vet my resuce was registered with smart trace. I entered into Google and accidentally clicked on the first website. I entered my pets microchip information and bank details with a £21 information chip transfer fee and before I realised what had happened it was too late! I typed into trust Pilot and apparently this is also a subscription scam! I immediately canceled my card so they can't take any further funds. Absolute criminals. I have reported to bank and will raise a dispute.

This company is nothing more than a complete and utter con.
They are not recognised by any genuine database company therefore details you supply will not be registered. Be warned pets microchip is 100%a scam.

I agree with all here total scam can’t believe I fell for it take off that one star I couldn’t delete it.
