www.plasticsheets.com Reviews

I gave it 1 star because you cannot give it any less, ordered an mfc board took 15 days to be delivered and about 15 calls where they keep
Promising to dispatch it next day but never happened, paid 40£ priority delivery for delivery in the next 48 hours never got a refund, the board finally arrived corner all damaged, beyond ridiculous!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!

Avoid this company!! Ordered items (#12000312403) on the 7th September. Contact them on the 15th September since no delivery and order status was showing as "Packing" for nearly 2 weeks. Was told that it would be sent out the following day and yet here we are 3 days later and the order still hasnt shipped.
Very quick to take your money and then dont deliver the goods.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive despite when ordering it said despatched in 2 days! No reply to 3 voice messages or 5 emails send. When I finally got through on the phone I was promised 3 seperate times they were being dispatched the next day! I had to chase them constantly. I would not recommend this company.

The product had been cut accurately and very carefully packaged. The delivery was on time and I was very pleased with the whole shopping experience with 'plastic sheets"

This was my third purchase of these special sheets, which we needed for a shed. They were all precision-cut to the exact measurements and fitted perfectly. They arrived well packed, and considering they were each cut to our desired dimensions, they didn’t take too long to arrive. Very pleased and happy with the purchase. Thank you!

A very good company to deal with; prompt service.
Good delivery, well packed. I will be ordering again.

Ordered shelves for my motorhome. I needed them by a certain date and Chris endured they got to me in time. Most helpful and polite.

Ordered 3 small products nearly 3 weeks ago. Apart from a confirmation email that the order has been received,I've yet to get confirmation that the order has been sent. Emailed twice, no one is answering the phones. Left a voice message but as I write this I have received no correspondence. They have until the end of the day before I cancel

Ordered some samples, paid for express next day delivery. Arrived a week later. Contacted customer service twice, no reply as yet…..

Thank you now its already sorted thanks

Excellent experience from start to finish. The delivery was perfect and the product was made exactly according to my instructions — spot on. Very happy with the quality and the service, and I'll definitely be using Plastic Sheets again in the future. Highly recommended.

Ordered plastic sheets to size, what was delivered was mixed up dimensions meaning the shape was all wrong. It also took 3 weeks and a chaser email for the wrong item to be delivered, and when I’ve contacted and chased about the wrong sizes given with pictures 2 weeks ago I’ve had no response. Diabolical service, and I very rarely give reviews so to have had this bad a service says a lot.

Ordered some perspex sheets to stop my guinea pig chewing on the bars. Worked a treat. Fast delivery and quality product

Great customer service great product thank you. Have ordered several times now and have been very pleased each time

Quality of product and exactitude of cut. Good delivery,

Excellent choice of options. Swift delivery. Great products.

If you were looking for 1 star read this.

I came here to look at reviews as I was struggling to get any decent response or an actual delivery date. Phones were sometimes not answered and the ticket system is useless and a ticket system should never ever be used by a Company for customer orders.

Anyhow after I got here I read the 1star reviews and realised hundreds had the same issue. Equally though two names appeared keen to help. One was Hayley and one was Chris.
They really do care and want to help and they did. They apologised , grabbed my order and promised to get it to me by a date i needed and that turned out to be only 3 days later than the expected date.

The package was shipped and delivered the next day. It was extremely well packed and the plastic windows were of excellent quality and perfect size.

So although you might think this should be a 4star review my main goal was a great product, to size in a required timescale. Even though I had to come here I got what I wanted and am pleased.

The Company just needs to reflect on their processes. I would ditch the two tier pricing for delivery option and just offer one great service with same timescales for all customers based on size of order. I would ditch the ticket system as if they improve their processes and get products labelled as completed awaiting despatch and then despatched I think their customer enquiries and chasers would diminish substantially.

I was so happy to find this site due to having chipped a corner off a glass frame. No more glass for me any more! The service was rapid and efficient, the quality is immaculate and I'm not afraid of the picture falling off the wall.

Plastic Sheets have a great ordering website
Their prices are very reasonable
Their materials are delivered well packaged and exactly as requested, dimensionally and quality

Exactly as ordered, can’t fault it
