I ordered a piece of plastic that I needed from a client as their picture had fallen off the wall at their house.
Ordering was really easy but then I realized quickly that the address was wrong so I emailed to ask them to correct it.They set me a email telling me that the address had now been amended [happy days].
From inpost a few days ago I got a message that my parcel had been delivered to Warrington??I'm in Manchester and after still trying to contact them to sort it out,zero reply.Sp the whole thing has been a complete waste of time and money.Avoid.

After initially sending out samples that did take a while, we were going to place an order…..Never answer the phone or requests to call back or respond to emails… took our business elsewhere… think Julia Roberts Pretty Woman!

I placed an order on Tuesday 16/06/26 and received the order confirmation at 7:29am. Shortly afterwards, I realised I had mistakenly ordered 3mm thickness instead of 6mm.
I fully accept that this was my mistake. However, I emailed the company at 7:52am the same morning to see whether anything could be done before production started. When I received no response, I sent a follow-up email at 12:37pm. After still hearing nothing, I sent a third email on Thursday at 7:24am.
As I had not received any reply, I decided to call. I was told that once an order is placed, it goes straight into production and cannot be stopped. While I understand this policy, I am disappointed that it took three emails and a phone call before I received any response.
During the call, I was also asked whether I wanted the measurements in centimetres or millimetres. This confused me until I realised I had actually placed the order in millimetres when I intended to use centimetres. Again, this was entirely my mistake.
In my original email, I specifically said that if the order could not be amended, I was happy to reorder at my own expense. Unfortunately, because I received no response to any of my emails, I was never given that opportunity.
The customer service representative offered to arrange a call from the sales team to place a new order, but by that point I had lost confidence in the level of customer service and decided to look elsewhere.
My issue is not that the company couldn't change the order, I understand their policy. My issue is the lack of communication. Mistakes happen, and I accept responsibility for mine, but I would have expected at least an acknowledgement of my emails.
Based on my experience, the customer service fell well short of the positive reviews I had read before ordering.

Update:
Chris contacted me after my review and refunded my order in full, which I appreciate.

However, the lack of communication before that despite me sending three emails, has unfortunately left me without confidence in placing another order. I have therefore decided to purchase from another supplier.

I cancelled an order made in error and was able to arrange a prompt refund.
V happy with assistance from customer service to resolve my request.

Ordered two plastic sheets marginally different in size and they arrived quickly and safely and fitted a treat. Just what we wanted for our shoe cupboard and we are delighted. Would certainly use this company again for any similar requirements.

5 star review for a 5 star service! Very simple to order what I needed. Basically our squirrel feeder came with a plastic window which didn’t fit properly and kept falling out so looked online for a solution and found these guys! Really easy to order what I wanted and it came exactly as specified, no complaints here :)

Ordered a plastic mirror for my caravan shower which was spot on size wise and delivered promptly.
I may also add the cost was a fraction of the price that prima leisure changes and I suspect much better quality.

Great First Experience From Plastic Sheets, Ordered June 7th and arrived June 13th, Great Service, will definitely use again.

DO NOT BUY - I ordered some bespoke materials in early May and am yet to receive the goods. I used the ticket system to generate a complaint and was told they have issues with their supplier and have had numerous emails gone unanswered. The mysterious Chris who answers to any negative review does not respond to any messages. I understand that supply chains can be difficult but this company have zero regard for their customers and a simple refund and a sorry would have been fine. Still not refunded or even contacted, terrible company avoid at all cost.

I've just completed my second multi-panel order and fourth order overall.

Good product, reasonable turnaround time and well packaged.

Ordered wood cut to size for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday called up on Wednesday am as hadn’t had a dispatch notice. Was told that it was being processed and likely delivery on Friday. Asked them to check if this was guaranteed as otherwise I would need to cancel. They said they’d call me back. Never phoned back. Called Thursday am and was told it was being dispatched for delivery Friday. Still no delivery information emailed and now Friday pm with no signs of the order. Poor communication and awful service.

I placed my order on 1st June (11 days ago) and have not received any information from you.
I was expecting a turnover from 3 to 5 days as advertised on your website.
You took my money very quickly, Now please send my goods just as rapidly.

They sent only 2 of 3 ordered. They're ignoring my emails and I've now been on hold for 35 minutes, absolute joke.
