I ordered two custom-cut clear acrylic sheets for use as secondary glazing.
Unfortunately, both sheets arrived scratched and, after measuring them, they were not cut to the dimensions ordered. For a product where clarity and accurate sizing are the entire purpose, this made them unsuitable for my project.
I contacted customer services and was offered a £32 discount to keep the damaged sheets. I rejected this and requested a full refund.
It has now been over a week since my last response, including a follow-up email, and I have received no reply.

I purchased some Perspex from this company, it turned up completely wrong, they totally ignored my emails when I was trying to resolve the problem but after leaving my feed back on Trust Pilot they contacted, asking for my details so they could refund my money. When I ordered the Perspex I paid extra for next day delivery but they couldn't get that right, they have made a refund but not the full amount, then I shouldn't of expected anything else from them. If you are looking for Perspex pls do not expect what you ordered if you use this company.

Excellent company , the sheets were cut exact dimensions. Holes drilled as required .protection was excellent and delivered on time .
Will always return to this company if I require further sheets

I ordered a replacement for one of my pictures and was delighted when it arrived. It was exactly the size and finish I had specified and was very well packaged. I will definitely use their services again!

I have ordered mdf boards from this company, haven’t received my order and didn’t get any update. Tried calling the company 5 times to no answer, emailed in 3 times to response. They have my money and I have no product and not even an update of when it will be arriving!!!
Shocking company! AVOID!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the Company, the correct size was on the paperwork, unfortunately when I tried to fit it to a job I was making for a customer it was to big both width and length, after putting square on corner that to wasn't square.
It was also covered with protective film, that to was cut, which looked like it had been caught by a Stanley knife, luckily did not mark the perspex.
I had to alter was i was making for a customer to make it fit, as
I couldn't afford to mess about sending it back.
I did send them a message and they requested I sent some pictures using a tape etc.
Told them it was to late as I could not afford to wait as it would cost me money, no reply from them since (Learnt who not to use again.
Today 28th May received a message from Chris from Plastic Sheets, apologising for what had happened, gave me a choice of sending another piece out, or a full refund, I opted for a full refund and would like to say a big thank you to Chris.
Update on refund, money paid into my bank account.

Placed an order for cut to size wood sheets at the end of March, heard nothing for 3 weeks so rang customer services and was promised it would be sent out straight away, it wasn't. Kept emailing them and ringing until it eventually arrived, and they weren't even cut to the right size. The panels were also so badly chipped and damaged along the edges they were unusable.

Reported the issues straight away and asked for replacements, but had to constantly chase them to find out what was going on. The replacements arrived 2 weeks later, only for them to turn up with the same issues the original ones had. Cut to the wrong size, chipped along the cut edges and the edge banding was peeling off. All this from a company that's supposed to specialise in cutting wood and plastic, clearly they don't care.

I asked for a refund, which they've agreed, but it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my money back. Sick of chasing them to find out what's going on.
I've now placed the same order with 'Cut My' last week and it's already arrived, and in perfect condition. Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

Superb service, great to be able pre cut pieces and at a great price from a very easy to use website. Ticked for collection and got a email advising collection at a very quick time. Definitely recommend both product and company. Thank you

I purchased this sheet to mount my new iconic MCL39 Lando Norris on and oh boy does it look good mounted. On my wall, i now have a Ferrari to build so will be shopping soon again for another sheet.i would recommend everybody to just buy from this company.

Easy to order, competitive price, delivered on time.

The order was quickly assembled and supplied. Unfortunately. It did not meet the original requirements. Nothing to do with the company, just my bad measuring. However. It has been gainfully employed as part of my model railway, so I am more than happy.

Staff have been helpful and very friendly in all correspondence and the item was delivered quickly and very well packed. I will use the company again.

Arrived in an orderly manor. Sheets were cut perfect to my requested measurements, and sat flush to the walls once the corners were sealed. Water tested the area I'm using for the water feature, worked perfectly without issue. Much appreciated, and I'll likely buy from this business again for future projects. (I bought 6 varying sizes of 4mm clear aquarium sheets)

The company offers made-to-measure panels with finished edges, though they can’t do it properly. They can’t even finish straight edges correctly, as my panels were very poorly finished all the way round. I can’t add any photos here. This company used to operate under the different name: Wood Sheets, but most of the reviews were negative, so they decided to change the name to Plastic Sheets. Unfortunately, it seems they still haven’t improved the quality of their service. After reporting the issue by phone and email, I was told they would send a replacement, but several weeks have passed and nothing has happened, just constant emails asking me to write a review. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, so I received a refund today. The sheet itself is of good quality, but the service is so poor that the sheet was damaged during cutting and the edge finish is terrible. I do not recommend this company!!!

Product ordered on 12 May. Not delivered yet (20 May). No reply to email request for delivery update sent yesterday (19 May). Telephoned customer service today, but gave up after a lengthy wait.

The tracking on my order didn't and still doesn't work. No one answers the phone when you call and the "leave a message" option didn't work. I raised a ticket and did get a response the next day from Hayley to advise that my order was out for delivery that day but it didn't arrive. I then received an email asking for a review of my experience even though my order is yet to be received! In order to chase my order, I have had to raise another ticket.

Even 1 star is too much - These cowboys and scam artists do nothing but lie to you and deliver false promises - my builder ordered these on the 20th of April for delivery between 24th-28th April - it is now the 16th of May and still no delivery - contacted multiple times (which was a task in itself due to them not answering most of the time) and when you do get through, they keep saying there has been a 'manufacturing delay' or just lie direct to you to say it will be on its way 'soon' - my builder managed to Google the directors name and contact number (Chris) and contacted directly - again, nothing except the generic reassurance to say that item will be 'dispatched soon' - will give you every excuse under the sun to keep your money - contacted yet again yesterday and they now say it's been dispatched but 'stuck in Dewsbury' and should be with us by the 19th May (IF they do arrive then, that's an entire month since ordering... FROM a UK supplier TO a UK address!) - just don't bother - you'd be better off buying from china, or at this stage, making your own from scratch - at least you'd get the item before your toddler graduates from university or before you retire... Pathetic excuse of a company - have never experienced such incompetence in my life. If it's not in stock, just say it on the product page and give a realistic date of delivery instead of lying just to get sales! No idea how this turd of a company is still in business... My guess is that they lure you in with decent prices, reassurance from a UK supplier and what seems like quick delivery dates and just string you along to keep your money - reading from other reviews, unfortunately it seems my hunch is probably correct!

Abysmal customer service, ordered on the 1st May for delivery on the 7th, still no despatch date nearly two weeks later. they don't answer the phone or reply to emails.

"Chris" who has replied to several messages also doesnt answer his phone or provide a callback when a message is left.

Avoid, go somewhere else, rubbish!

Overall a great experience thanks to Hayley in customer service, she went over and beyond to rescue my order many thanks arrived today at 11.30am thanks to your intervention.
Would agree with other comments regarding progress of order. I placed my order on the 11th and delivery confirmed 12th / 13th Paid for express delivery.
