Very professional company , excellent customer service and customer experience , it was seamless and so easy to do business .

I have to say after reading that one awful review I did doubt Mark and the company itself. You hear the scam stories right?
NOT THIS TIME
I had nothing at all to worry about. Mark was professional throughout and got an amazing price for my number plate. The transaction was so quick and effortless. I would definitely recommend. A***

Received several emails, calls and messages from Mark Reynolds to ask if my plate was still for sale, it was. Negotiated a price, Mark asked for the Retention certificate via Whatsapp which I reluctantly sent a photograph of. Communication then ceased which i thought was odd., so wasn't sure what was happening next. Nearly two weeks later I checked online and my reg had been sold, also been assigned to an Aston Martin. My belief was that I would send the Retention certificate in, I would receive payment and then it would be forwarded onto the new owner. However using the certificate I sent via photograph, ownership was transferred without my knowledge. This then made me frantically contact Platehunter and Mark as it was my belief at this point that I had been scammed. I messaged Mark and didn't receive the kindest or most understanding of replies. However I received an email reply from Jon the next morning who was extremely helpful and sorted this out for me.

Great experience, dealt with all the admin quickly and sent payment same day. Answered the phone promptly and assured us about the sale throughout-thank you

Top class and extremely trustworthy and efficient guys.
A real pleasure to have done business with them. Do not hesitate to consign your plates! 5 stars +++++++++++++++++++++++ all the way.

Once an offer was made and agreed, it was easy to send documents and payment was received very quickly.

Thank you

Quick and professional service. Would use them again. Thanks

Excellent customer service.

Excellent service, highly recommend purchasing from here.

very professional and informative at all stages. Payment was made at the time promised. I would have welcomed a better price but unfortunately I didn't get it.

Super impressed with the service I received, very quick to respond to my inquiry and smooth sailing during the purchase. I would highly recommend

I am very impressed with both the service, and speed at completing the sale of my private number plate. The service from Mark has been of the highest standard of professionalism. A very easy transaction which I would highly recommend.

Quick response from initial enquiry and the speed of the process was very quick. And more importantly they actually had the plate to sell, unlike other sites who took my money and then told me they did not actually have the plate to sell.
Definitely use again!!!!

When interest in my plate was made, the company contacted me about the sale immediately and from then on it, conducted the deal quickly and efficiently and gave me all the advice needed to complete the transaction. Many thanks Platehunters
