The engineer ( ABDUL ) Was on time very professional and polite, this was my first experience using Plus heat and changed over from my current supplier sas their charges were 60% higher than last year.

Terrible company
Terrible company. They give you a full 10 hour appointment window, where you have to stay in. No courtesy call to give a more accurate time. Then they just fail to turn up. Happened to us twice in a row so obviously i cannot un recommend this company enough. Two full days wasted for absolutely nothing. Now they want to rebook! Yeah right!
