We cannot thank these guys enough. Extremely welcoming, lovely atmosphere and lovely all through out the transaction. Always offering tea, coffee and biscuits. They even gave our 10 year old daughter a wrapped present from under their Christmas tree in the office (a chocolate selection box)! They were extremely patient with the finance company we used and carried on smiling until we left. They weren't pushy at all, gave us a chance to check the car out without being talked at. We will definitely go back to these guys for our next car.

Helpful and even picked me up from the train station.
I am totally deaf and they communicated very effectively at my level, which was text and email.

Bought a Peugeot 807 for 4.3k and the following day the gearbox had a major problem. They were extremely unhelpful and we lost the car for two months while it was being sorted. Less than 12 months after it was "repaired" I had to shell out 1.7k to get the gearbox rebuilt. Would never go there again!!!

Bought a car from plympton car centre a few months ago now, got my 12 month warranty with them, haven’t needed to use it yet (fingers crossed) but the team advised it as they are used vehicles had such lovely gentleman help me & was very pleased with the service I received, would definitely reccomend this business to anyone looking to buy a car, very trustworthy and will definitely visit again in the future if needed.

Was under no pressure to purchase just wish we had got there an hour earlier, but that's the way it goes. All staff polite and friendly, well dressed and smart in appearance. So glad we went there!

Professional and happy to help. They let us test drive the car I purchased twice and answered any questions I had regarding the car.
Most of the sales team are quite young so lacked a little in personal skills but were all polite and helpful. I would go back and buy from here again. Good range of cars to look at and reasonably priced.
