Ordered a pole including finials
Ordered a pole including finials, pole arrived with now way of attaching it to the wall, had to order separate brackets. Finials damaged in transit, a week later still waiting for replacements.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing.
We would just like to clarify a couple of points for anyone reading your review. The product purchased was our Galleria 35mm Metal Pole Only, which, as the product title clearly states, is supplied as the pole only. Brackets are therefore not included with this item and are purchased separately to allow customers to choose the most suitable bracket style for their installation.
Regarding the finials, we're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the original replacement was damaged by the courier before delivery, resulting in a further delay. As soon as we were made aware of this, we arranged another replacement and sent you the tracking details. According to the courier, these are due to be delivered today.
We understand how frustrating delays can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused. If there is anything further we can do once your replacement has arrived, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I received exactly what I needed thanks…
I received exactly what I needed thanks to the help and care I received on the phone having already placed my order.
They picked up I had ordered the wrong size curtain ring and followed it up by an email. I called them and the lady at the company went the extra mile by finding out what size I needed for my extra large curtain pole. I received my order and it was exactly right.
Fantastic ,caring service and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The pole comes in halves, joins in the middle. ( So no ridge were one pole sits in another) and the eyelets always snags

Purchased some metal curtain holdbacks…
Purchased some metal curtain holdbacks tie backs The product was good however the packaging was very disappointing. The Order was £127.00
and sent in a thick envelope with one layer of bubble wrap and a plastic bag to secure. I would have expected a box for this order value
One part of the metal holdback was poking through the plastic bag. The bag was hanging out of our letter box when I arrived home.
I really expected a better service and relieved there was no damage to the product.

It's possible that the outer packaging was damaged during handling by the delivery company, which may have caused the item to breach the packaging. Great website lead to easy to find product that was a good price.
Item was really well wrapped for delivery (not easy for a 3m long curtain track), and included everything needed for a quick and easy installation.
No complaints and will be back should the need arise!

Great Service - able to speak to someone rather than a bot!
I used Pole & Blinds because I could actually speak to a person! I wanted to check that I could adapt the corded track for a single curtain. They sent me the instructions after I made my order. The track is now up! I am still waiting for the other company I looked at to reply....

Ordered 2 8ft wooden poles painted in Ivory - website easy to navigate throughout order to payment - delivery prompt and well packaged. The quality of the product was everything I had hoped for and they look stunning in a newly re-decorated room. My existing curtains look so beautiful on them that I shall not be replacing them as planned as the investment in quality poles has given them a new lease of life so Win Win would highly recommend for both quality and service.
