Poles & Blinds Reviews

Good quality product. Promptly sent. Very well packaged

Very easy to order , very pleased with the track !

Speedy delivery , helpful customer service. But … colour samples must be provided, impossible to choose from on line colours which I had to do, colour chosen was a bit too creamy on delivery but just had to accept as time and tradesmen moving on. Good quality products and would buy again if needed.

Had an initially damaged item, replaced immediately. Superb service. Could not fault.

Have dealt with them a couple of times and have been treated very professionally.

Fast delivery. Good quality product.

When shopping online it can often be difficult to assess the quality just from the picture(s) but we are more than happy with the purchase. The machining and the wood finish is great, as are the metal parts. It is clear that thoughts have been given to the design of the fixing methods. Yes it is probably a bit more expensive than the typical "Amazon" poles but it is great example that when you spend a bit more the design and quality is just so much better. Speed of delivery and customer service efficient as well.

Great responsive service and value for money

Very easy to find what I needed on their website, and the product I chose was of extremely high qualify. Just what I wanted. Thank you

Poles & Blinds have a great range of spares for curtain tracks, clearly illustrated and with dimensions described so you know you've found the right one. We bought runners for an Integra track to replace the originals which had gone brittle with sunlight. Straightforward online shopping, and delivered when they predicted.

Very easy to order what I needed with good spec info.
Delivery came within the time frames given and was what I was expecting as a product.

Bought two finails for a curtain pole, they were simply a push fit and finish the pole ideally
Very pleased with them

Thank you

Got exactly what i needed delivered promptly, many thanks.

I ordered a number of curtain rails. Due to where the rails were being delivered to I expected a delay. After a few days I contacted the company. The speed and manner they dealt with my query was excellent. When the rails arrived one might not be suitable and I put a question to the company. They confirmed that the rail was not suitable but suggested an alternative. When I asked if I could substitute one of the components they said that wouldn’t work and suggested a second alternative. Special mention to Kerry for her help and patience.

perfect fit, quality product, fast delivery thanks

Good service, good value & lots of choice
