The delivery took a while but arrived as promised. The poles fitted well with a bit of shortening as expected. The curtains draw nicely on the aluminum rails.

I was impressed with the site and placed an order for the pole I wanted and extra rings. It did take longer than usual to arrive but maybe because Easter fell between the order and delivery.

The poles themselves are great. The instructions for bay windows non existent, which is a shame because they clearly advertise them as bay window curtain poles but the instructions were for regular windows

One Pole - 2 Holes
I have replaced all of the Naff poles with middle joins. I have bought three now from this company as the quality, service and wrapping on the pole has always been good. I also like the pole is one length for the pole I needed 2.1 metres.

I have no complaints at all about this company.
This is the first time I have used Poles Direct and have no complaints at all about them. Their website was informative and easy to use. I placed an order and it was quickly delivered. I'm happy with the price I paid and the quality of the poles. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Excellent customer care
Wow, what a lovely surprise to have such an efficient, professional friendly after care service! Ordering my curtain track was easy but then I realised I used the wrong measurements 😱. Johnathan P sorted everything out (corrected my mistake) with no problem or fuss, honestly a dream experience when all to often we get fobbed off, or left to navigate a complicated process. After sales service terrible. Item missing from my delivery. I rang straight away, promised missing item would be sent that day, 9 days later and following trying by phone for ages, plus sending 3 mails I was finally able to speak to another assistant who promised my missing item woukd be sent immediately. We will see.
