Quite pleased with the whole experience.
I've ordered a couple of vests and Velcro badges from them, not the first time I do that - but this time, the badges seem to not have been on stock; I received an email as soon as I'd placed the order to inform me there may be a delay in getting them. Which is not a problem at all, but what I've appreciated is the communication from them, which was constant and very clear and that made the whole experience more pleasant than if I'd just receive my order split, on different days, with no explanation.
Also, the delivery date/time was "more" exact than if I'd delivered the items to myself, which again, very appreciated as my partner and I are on very different schedules so if we have a timeframe, it helps for deliveries to actually be delivered in that timeframe, rather than "between 7AM and 9PM".
Anyway, I can't fault the products either, my friend who uses the vests is absolutely enamoured with the quality, thus making me carry them overseas for him. :D
Will definitely reorder and 100% recommend.

Good customer service and item came quickly. However, I ordered 2 polo shirts and within a month the letters on the sleeves on both shirts began peeling off.

I have used Police Supplies for many years and can honestly say the team are really helpful. I have purchased boots and other patrol equipment from them and they always offer a great price. Would recommend and have recommended to my colleagues.

I placed an order online before their 12pm cut off time. Being a Friday I paid the extra delivery fee for Saturday delivery, I waited until the evening and no dispatch email and no email from DPD.

I checked online again at the items I ordered and some of them are now out of stock. No communication from Police Supplies at all. They take your money but their after sales support is shocking.

I recently bought a new camera bag from Police Supplies. It is very expensive but you get what you pay for. Not used it yet outdoors so will give it a test this coming weekend in the pouring rain at football, but I am very pleased with this bag so far and I can get my laptop in it which was the sole reason for buying it.
The case arrived quickly and was packaged well. I also spoke with them online before purchasing and the communication was quick and informative.

Outstanding and Professional. Ordered a rigid handcuff pouch and it arrived before it was sposed to arrive. Will be definitely ordering more stuff from you.

I ordered a pair of boots and not only were they a good price compared to others but also arrived quickly without issue. Would use them again.

I ordered a cctv holster 27th to June said I get 2 or 3 days later still waiting said that I received it and sent me a picture of a door was not mine as I emailed them servrel times I even emailed them a picture of my front door and said might be in a neighbours house I said most of them put a note through my door as I stay in a close definitely not be ordering anything from them again

First of all thank you Samantha! Purchased two x Protec Advance Yellow Tactical Vests. Excellent fully adjustable & well made quality vests. Just the right amount of pockets, very smart. Compared to cheaper versions I.e RAC3 they blow them out of the water! Proper yellow not a green variant, velcro very strong, pockets very secure & overall twice as strong with material than other makes. Reflective bands are sewn on, additional badges very secure when fitted on velcro. Also the adjustable straps both sides are very neatly done & excess strapping can be secured with inside velcro with no hanging bits in sight. Not cheap but worth the investment as I know these vests will last. Very happy with items & rate 5x all round.

I ordered some Magnum Panther boots in February that basically fell apart. I contacted customer services and spoke to Sam. She went above and beyond to help me. I sent her some photos of the offending items and within 3 days a brand new pair of boots arrived on my doorstep. Big thanks to Sam and the company as a whole for exceptional customer service. Brilliant.

Have ordered lots of bits from this site. Had a couple of very minor issues with bits I’d ordered and within a few days a replacement was sent, with no hesitation, twice! The service from Sam was amazing and very kind. Really impressed and will direct all my colleagues to the page. Really pleased! Products are great too.

Purchased a few things on Wednesday afternoon and both arrived on Friday Morning! Well packaged and appear to be great quality!

I ordered a Leatherman Skeletool from Police-supplies recently, I'd read the trust pilot reviews so was feeling a bit cautious but gave it a go. The item arrived in good condition and promptly, nothing I can fault really, was a good price. Was a little dissapointed they couldn't do a price match on another leatherman but businesses do need to make a profit.

Ordered hi vis vest on Sunday night with 24h delivery service, tried to contact customer service all wednesday by email and phone no success. Vest come on Wednesday - very good quality as on the description. All perfect except customer service.

I ordered from this site upon recommendation from a friend who buys for the uk border force. I ordered over the phone. I can only say good things about them. Quick answering, polite, friendly, efficient and quality kit. A lot of the neg feedback is due to people not reading the info that is very clear on the site and using sites like Trustpilot instead of just calling them when they are open! Buy cheap - buy twice. They have generally tried to provide at all pricepoints but if you are serious about it - buy the best and you'll receive the best.

Ordered stocked items on a premium delivery service (2 days) extra cost, on the 5th December - It's now the 9th and my online account still saying processing order. We have e-mailed them and we await the response....I will review and amend the score above if required....either way. **Update** - 11th December, my daughter had received a reply to her e-mail, highlighting that one of the items she ordered was not in stock as they had problems with the system? They said that the missing item was due in yesterday, the 10th December. and would ship for next day delivery. It's now 10.44am on the 11th Dec and the account is still saying processing?? - I will update again when we have more info on whats happening with our premium order that we paid for...This company made no effort to contact its customers to inform them of the delay. The perception could be that this company deliberately caused its customers to believe something that is not true, especially for personal gain. E.G They have items in stock when they clearly don't. I'm going to pop over to companies house and retrive Estelle's address so I can feedback to her directly. Not sure if she's aware of the poor customer service, negative feedback I have also seen on other review websites. It would be a shame for another company to start to struggle for taking the customers for granted....don't bite the hand that feeds you, this is a digital world now and news travels fast....will keep you all posted...**Update** 14th December 21:00hrs - My daughter sent another e-mail on Friday 11th and then today Monday and still has not received a reply nor have we received the goods that you promised at the time of purchase (Contract) then subsequently on the follow up e-mail asking why the kit is over a week late and counting, after purchasing your premium service. Just for your records Steve (below PS) the customer service contact on the e-mail we have been dealing with is Sam Johnstone - That should hopefully satisfy you that this is a genuine review and to stop you trying to get this review deleted from the trust pilot website, not a good idea I take you don't try and get any positive ones removed do you?.... The review I have written today is a clear unbiased record and chain of events which I'm sharing with other members of the public that use this site to review companies operating behaviours and customer service levels before committing, wish I had and will in the future - If you wish I can also share the e-mails that have been sent to Sam looking for answers on the items ordered??? A final note until I have more info to share on the ongoing order and hopefully when its resloved....Steve I use trust pilot because I trust this review website...its used for reviews Steve, its not used to try and sort your customer service issues out as your own portal. Please address the e-mails that have been sent directly to your company asking for updates on our order....considering you supply to all the organisations that you highlight on your website NHS,ect....that I assume you clearly have permission to use the branding for in the way it should be used or more to the point not used. I would expect your customer service to be above average. Its obviously not a one off as you mention in your reply on other negative reviews over the last few months. I will update again when I have hopefully some feedback from P.S and if we have it resolved. (note to self). E-mail back Trust Pilot with evidence that i'm a genuine customer / order, because Steve is trying to get the review deleted.......bad form Steve, bad form!

I purchased a kit bag from them in January, by June it had fallen apart. The zip on a pocket that I don’t even use has completely broken and the seam has fallen apart too. I contacted the company about 4 times before I finally got through to someone. I was told that it was general wear and tear and was offered free delivery on my next order. I argued this and was offered 10% off. This is ridiculous. It was definitely not general wear and tear, and the product was not fit for purpose. I have since bought a different one from somewhere more reliable.

Ordered a pair of boots, and no pop up came up about them being closed till the 17th of August until after I ordered, there is no option to cancel the order, I’ve emailed and rang to try and cancel the order as I need some boots ASAP, very poor service, if your going to be out of office you should at least create a system where you can cancel your order or at least Have someone who will still respond to customer questions! Wouldn’t recommend

I ordered a pair of boots, on Friday 31st July 2020. Everything was confirmed, payment wise and I’m thinking I will receive my boots sometime the following week.........WRONG! After phoning this ‘company’ on Wed. 5th Aug. I hear a automated message stating they’re on holiday from 31st July to 17th August!
On e-mailing the company I did receive a reply informing me that there were 'pop-ups', throughout the site, telling potential customers of the two-week close-down! They also offered an immediate refund if wanted, which I did.
Due to my review I was almost immediately contacted by this company apologising for the state of affairs I found myself in. The company rep. explained the situation to me along with how customers are notified of these lock-downs (which are due to end next year). He also offered a future discount on any purchase I might make with this company, when there was no need.
I have revisited my initial 'Trust Pilot' review and edited it accordingly. I must say that I can not fault their immediate response to customer complaints and may well consider using them again based on this follow-up.
