At Pooch & Mutt, our mission is simple: to help you help them. We’re here to take the pet peeves out of pet care - challenging the one-size-fits-all approach with thoughtfully crafted choices for all breeds & needs, for life. Because no two dogs (or owners) are the same. We’re here for the real, everyday moments of pet parenting: muddy walks, fussy eaters, and the “what have you rolled in?” chaos. And we believe better nutrition should support all of it. It’s the same mindset we bring to how we work. We’re building a healthier company, with healthy people - where individuality is valued, ideas are encouraged, and no two days look the same. Because doing things properly, for dogs and for people, means never taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Best treats going 😋
We’ve been using Pooch & Mutt treats for almost 2 years now and they’re always a hit with Rocco. He has a sensitive stomach and has never had any issues with any of the treats. They’re also puppy friendly which is great now we have a new member of the pack! The variety in flavours is great too meaning they never get bored. Always fast delivery too which is amazing when we’re running low!

Great food that my dogs love
I have been using Pooch & Mutt for a while now and my dogs love it. One of my dogs has back issue and we use the joint tablets which my dog loves and thinks are a treat. The Beef Jerky is their favourite treat and the freeze dried toppers are a massive hit.

This company understands how to treat customers! My dog’s food got sent to my old address during our house move. My oversight.
Got in touch with Pooch & Mutt and Ellie arranged for the order to be reclaimed from the courier who said it couldn’t do so for me and also re booked the delivery for the very next day to our new home. One very happy dog. One very happy dog owner. Fantastic work. Thank you!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service ! Despite requesting cancellation of the subscription I got locked into as the food was unsuitable for my dog , they continued to take money from my account and send the order . When requested that they cancel , they still send the order with a follow up email asking do I want a return label? . No what I want you to do is stop taking unauthorised money from my account and sending goods I’ve already told you I don’t want ! - steer clear
Update despite a request for a refund still waiting - all they do is take your money then give you the long speech below . If they actually concentrated on problem for the customer it would be nice ! Avoid this company they just want your money , not interested in anything else

We’re sorry to hear how frustrated you’ve been by your experience. We completely understand that receiving an order after you believed your subscription had been cancelled would be disappointing.
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the customer account, and once successfully cancelled, no further subscription orders should be generated. We’re sorry if there was any confusion around the cancellation process or if something didn’t work as expected in this instance.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed and processed by our fulfilment team, we’re unable to cancel or amend it. Our fulfilment team works quickly to get orders dispatched as soon as possible, which means orders can move into processing very shortly after being placed.
We always do our best to help where we can, including offering return labels where appropriate, and our Customer Service team is always here to support you. If there’s anything further we can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. 💜

I’ve recently started using Pooch &…
I’ve recently started using Pooch & Mutt products for my little dachshund, Rolo, and I’m so impressed with the quality. The Calm & Relaxed supplement has been a lovely addition to his routine, especially while he’s still getting used to new experiences and settling into puppy life.
I love that the ingredients are thoughtfully chosen and that the products are made specifically with our dogs’ wellbeing in mind. Rolo seems to really enjoy it and I feel happy knowing I’m giving him something that supports him as he grows. 🥹🐶
The packaging is gorgeous too, and the whole brand just feels really premium. I’ll definitely be trying more Pooch & Mutt products for Rolo! 💕

Good quality and affordable
I needed to switch my dog's food recently and it really made me worried that I wouldn't be able to afford a good quality food for him. But I tried out Pooch and Mutt after hearing good things about them and I couldn't be happier. Spencer loves it!

Great dog food
Great dog food! We have been using Pooch and Mutt for our dog George for the last four or so years. They have a great variety of dry and wet dog food as well as supplements and treats. The supplements have been a great success, George is a mini poodle and we have read his breed can have tummy and gland issues but thanks to the supplements, we have come across no issues

Loving pooch & mutt products
We’ve used pooch & mutt products for years…… treats, food, supplements…. We started them on the supplements, both powder and tablets when bella was struck down with IVDD…. She’s been on them 4 years now, and hasn’t had a relapse, so hoping these have helped… but mine all love the products!!! Xmas advent calendars are always a hit!!!

Really happy with the new cat food!
Really happy with the new gravy range from the cat range Purr & Meow! My cat can be quite particular with her food, but she absolutely loves these. She’s been enjoying every bowl, and it’s great to have new food that she actually gets excited about! 🐱🐾
