Weird Request Policy
For some reason the drivers have up until the last minute to either accept or decline a ride. I decided to use this method of transportation over my usual and I booked and requested a ride 2-3 hours in advance and the driver never accepted or declined the ride. The option for the driver to wait up until the last minute seems weird and unprofessional, there should be a 30 minutes to an hour buffer for a driver to accept or decline a ride. If a customer were to cancel or wait until last minute, I would not be surprised if they were to be charged.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how important timely booking confirmations are.
When you send a booking request, you choose how long you'd like to wait for the driver to respond (up to 24 hours). If the driver doesn't accept the request before your selected expiry time or before the trip departs, the booking request expires and your payment authorization is automatically released. Please note that a booking is only confirmed once the driver accepts your request.

Une app efficace sur plein de détails
L'appli Poparide est super efficace pour communiquer rapidement entre conducteur et passagers.En tant que conductrice, je contrôle précisément tous les détails des heures, points de rencontre, nombre de passagers, tarifs, l'approbation, etc. Je reçois mon paiement via paypal et les frais que se garde l'app sont ridiculement bas. Il y a peu de passagers absents/en retard car le paiement est garanti s'il n'annule pas leur place. Je l'utilise depuis 2018.

Love the idea but harder to get rides when needed so we shall see if my July 1st request is accepted. If not I’ll be editing this from 3*- 1* and deleting the app. Crossing fingers

Since I knew about this app, and I recommend it to everyone, I'm pretty sure at least 50 people around ne use it and all of them find it very helpful.
For me, It saved many trips. Many work opportunities, many gatherings. It made my life easier and my commute possible to places that could have been a hassle to get to.
I can't thank you enough for this amazing app, but I will keep using it and recommending it.
