I often deal with Fern, and she is always helpful and sorts out any issues I may have (occasionally I have had a damaged item during shipping)

Made an order online. Rung Potclays the day after to see if they could add 1 more item. This was done, and paid over the phone by debit card. I then got charged twice! and the order came without the additional item added! Practically impossible to get through over the phone and emails taking far to long to answer. Not a very professional service to say the least.

I've used Potclays several times now and they are excellent. One pot of brush-on glaze was damaged in transit once and was refunded without quibble. No other issues. Sarah sorted out my question regarding dispatch date.

For the fourth year in a row Potclays Ltd has provided us with 5-Star service, from ordering the clay to the delivery, their customer service and the all important quality of the clay itself. The company is reliable, efficient and extremely professional. We share their goal for national clay-based creative learning, for #educlaytion.

Sarah was really helpful on the phone today, she went above and beyond to help me sort out my order and was really happy and friendly x

I highly recommend Potclays. They are an established great quality company. I recently had a query about an order I had placed, and Michelle was so helpful with this! Their clays are the best also.

Fantastic service received from everyone at Potclays. I needed help with choosing clay and was advised by two members who both had a wealth of knowledge. I wish I lived in Stoke because I’d be visiting everyday to purchase glazes!

What an amazing service!.
I ordered glazes at 715 pm one evening after running out ( I have appalling admin )
Emailed Potclays the following morning asking if they could hasten my order, and 24 hrs later, I have my glaze. Brilliant service! I should say, I live in Devon too which is miles away! Thank you soo much x

Great service from Potclays. But the courier failed to deliver when they said they would. Package was delayed 24 hours but no explanation offered.

Two of my items (despite robust packaging) arrived damaged. I emailed Sarah and received a prompt response. Within a few hours replacement items had been sent by next day delivery. No questions or haggling over returns and refunds which was reassuring. Brilliant customer service and a great reason to buy from Potclays.

Shockingly slow lead time in delivery compared to other suppliers.
Label for my order was generated on the Friday by FedEx at 2.13am . Called Tuesday as still not received. Was told it’s still in the warehouse and might be picked up by FedEx today being Tuesday so might receive it by Wednesday or Thursday. The There was a mixup in the warehouse and somebody hadn’t done something they should have done. Long story short I won’t get my order until five or six days after it was ordered.
Customer service constantly quoted lead time of 4-7 working days but really when you’re spending £9.50 for delivery and it’s not the fault of FedEx I would have expected better.
If you’re looking for good delivery times and customer service I would go with Bath Potters Supplies or Hotclay both of whom have been excellent.

Sarah got back to me straight away -really helpful and was able to make my changes as required.

Wished I could give them more stars for the customer service efficiency and a brilliant stock of items on their website. Will definitely order future items through Potclays.
