Chris has a very good and fast communication, I received a R1250GS, the bike was as described, it is a pleasure to work with such sellers, I hope to deal with them again

Poor After Sales
I looked at reviews for Power Start Bikes which looked excellent before purchasing my brand new Fantic Caballero anniversary 500.Everything went well until my Fantic developed an oil leak from the oil sight glass.I talked to Power Start Bikes who assured me the warranty would cover Everything.I would just need to travel 70 miles to the work shop and leave my Bike while the work need is carried out.A few days later I receive a call from Power Start Bikes saying that Fantic uk won’t replace the leaking oil sight glass as they had found some marks on the clutch end case.I said this is impossible as all the Bike is in mint condition and i have photos with time and place stamp of the case before Power Start bike started work showing clutch end case in perfect Condition with leaking sight glass.the dealer then says it must have been damaged in the post to Fantic uk.I managed to contact Fantic uk to clarify what the dealer had said. Fantic uk said that there has never been a claim on my bike’s warranty .And when i mentioned Damaged in the post they said what post?I have brought Fantic motorcycle as far back as the 1980’s but the after sale’s experience from this dealer has been disappointing to say the least.

Superb e-bike repairs in Dumfries and Galloway
Twice Jeff and all at Powerbikes in Dumfries have sorted my ailing Carrera Subway, which I didn't buy from them. They have been quick, very efficient, and excellent value for money. They made me feel welcome, gave me coffee, and didn't talk down to me. I highly recommend them.

Excellent
I was looking for a particular Kalkhoff ebike with hub gears and just about every online supplier had none in stock even though they appeared on my Google search. The few that had them had either xs or xl frames. A member of staff was very helpful and measured the height of the saddle from floor to upper surface without which I wouldn't have known whether to order s or l frame size. Better still the bike was on offer at about £300 less than average with free delivery. Thank you Powerbikes!

Hi Phil,
Firstly please let me apologise for the lack of response to your emails. I'm not sure why they went unanswered but I will be looking into this. Really sorry for the lack of response.
Secondly, I've looked up the shipping on this and it says it was left in a safe place on the 30th September. Looking at the picture it looks like it has been left possibly in a rabbit hutch? Either way, the courier "should" have left a card to say it was there. I will forward the picture onto your emails.
If you can't find it after my email reply please let me know and I'll get another one sent out.
Kind Regards

Hi Kenan,
Glad you're happy with your order. Just thought I'd check the pricing after your comment. The tannus you bought being that it's the larger Fat tyre one, that is the correct RRP. They do cost a little more than the others in the tannus range unfortunately. I'm guessing due to their sheer size!
Happy riding!
Kind Regards

Hi Richard,
I'm sorry you were let down by the courier. Normally everything works out very smoothly. If you ever have any issues please always contact us and we will do our best to sort it.
With it being a battery you ordered unfortunately we are very limited on which couriers can take them as they are classed as dangerous goods. So we won't be able to change courier but we can chase up any issues for you.
Please note that we take all reviews seriously and this review only marks us down, not the courier.
Very informative and helpful
