Didn't do the requested clean properly…
Didn't do the requested clean properly when first asked. I wasn't happy and told them not to try to return again, I didn't want the service. I had several WhatsApp messages continue to reach me saying they were coming out again to do another service, despite being told not to.
Again today another cleaner turned up at my house and began to clean windows after I expressly told them not to. My unwell wife had to go outside to speak with the cleaner and ask him to stop.
I've tried calling and left messages, no one has returned one call. Please leave me and my family alone we don't require any of your services.

I have sent you the information you asked for including my number, although I left you several messages after calling in March none were returned. You have my number please call.

I had my first clean recently
I had my first clean recently. I was very impressed. I have seen a few water marks on a couple of the windows in the smaller opening areas. No one else would notice it though! It is so insignificant to the overall job done, it would not warrant me contacting the company about it. I have informed a friend of the service. One less job for me and, well done by the company, thank you!

Useless
1st attempt, no show, no communication.
2nd attempt, no show, no communication.
When we contacted them, they said the guy had turned up, had difficulties parking, so just left, no communication. We could have supplied a parking permit. Other window cleaners have found a way without fuss.
So, useless, no integrity shown at all. We'll start again elsewhere.

For context, we always notify customers by text if there is any issue that prevents a clean from going ahead on the day, so they are kept fully informed and never left without communication. Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service provided. The first time they did the clean I was on holiday. I got home and the windows were dirty, but I paid and didn’t complain as I was not sure if the windows got dirty while I was away after the clean. The second time, I was at home and saw window cleaner was done in 3 minutes with our 4 windows and they were left just as dirty as before if not more, so I requested a re-clean. The same happened with the re-clean. I sent the company pictures and told them I won’t pay for this incredibly disappointing job that they had done already 3 times. They agreed the work was not up to standard and offered to re-clean. I was not sure if I wanted to have the windows cleaned with them again given that they already messed it up and wasted my time 3 times. But then I decided I wanted to give them a last chance and agree to a re-clean. They then informed me that they can’t arrange this anymore due to the window cleaner being away for two weeks and had the audacity to tell me I have £13 outstanding balance. At this point I think they should pay me for my time wasted and all the trouble of my windows becoming dirtier than before. I now have to find another company that will hopefully do a better job.

We understand how frustrating this situation must feel, especially when expectations haven’t been met and you’ve had to revisit the issue more than once. That’s not the experience we aim to provide.
After reviewing your account and communication history, we can see that following your re-clean request, we did offer to return and re-attend the property on 15/05 to put things right. At that point, we did not receive a response, and we next heard back on 27/05. By then, the team that services your area was no longer in a position to return due to scheduling and route constraints, as we do need to work within our customers’ scheduled rounds. However, we were still happy to arrange a re-clean at the earliest possible opportunity, but unfortunately this could not be coordinated within the required timeframe.
We also understand your concern regarding the outstanding balance. This relates to the initial completed orginal visit(s), which were carried out as scheduled. However, given your dissatisfaction and the ongoing issues raised, we are always open to reviewing matters fairly and finding a reasonable resolution.
What we do want to be clear on is that we take quality very seriously. When concerns are raised at the time, we always aim to respond quickly with re-cleans or corrective action, as we attempted to do here.
That said, we’re sorry that this situation has ended on a disappointing note for you. If you would still like to discuss this further, we’d be happy to review it again directly and see if there is a fair way forward. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean.

First clean today and absolutely brilliant Cannot fault the service at all, technician was lovely and explained that there may be streaks as it’s the first clean and they’d come back free of charge if I did have any. I will continue using these thanks guys !

Very poor
Very poor. Spent less than 5 minutes "cleaning" the windows. Missed windows (how is that even possible?) and did not follow instructions left on website. Windows were no cleaner than when they started. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend

Really impressed with how easy it was to arrange to have my windows cleaned, like that they use hot water.
The windows were desperately in need of cleaning, been renovating my house and that was the last thing to do.
Windows are shiny clean, payments set up and booked in for every 8 weeks

First clean
Arranged window cleaning service online. From the very start, I was given a timescale for the clean and then a reminder the day before to leave gates unlocked which was brilliant.
The clean itself, was really good, the sills were cleaned very well and there were no streaks either to say it was a first clean. Highly recommended.
