They are a rip off. There is no option to buy single events if that is all you are interested in. You have to buy the whole month which turns in to two because the subscription doesn’t cancel immediately.

I live in Canada and watch Super Rugby Pacific 2026 via Premier Sport. Over the years of doing so I have had to rely on a series of live streaming on line services. Premier Sports is by far the best of these that I have used. The quality of product, the availabilty of all games and the speed at which it makes VOD available are all excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Premier Sports app. But I was even more impressed with their customer service (from “Schofield”) when I complained about them continuing to charge me when I had already cancelled the service. Perhaps understanding my great age (76) they surmised I had actually forgotten to press send on my request. They promptly formalized my cancellation for me and did not charge me that extra fee. Thank you so much!!

I somehow subscribed twice to PS and cancelled one sub and kept the other going.I tried to watch Rugby this weekend and got a no active subscription notice,so I thought they may have cancelled the wrong sub or even cancelled both.
To my relief,this was sorted out by Steve with the minimum of fuss.

I couldn’t connect the app on my tv.. phoned the company & Spencer sorted me out, she had great patience as I’m an older lady & not technically minded… she was polite efficient & went to great lengths to achieve this . I want to say her customer service went beyond… Jackie…
