I ordered in September, my order didn't came to this day. It's January now.

Vraiment, de l’arnaque ! !
Après avoir passé commande, il y a littéralement un mois. J’ai attendu ma commande pendant plus d’un mois alors que j’avais payé la livraison express. Bref elle a été remboursé ce n’est pas un problème. Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 2 décembre 2022 soit un mois après le jour de commande pendant un mois, on m’a rabattu qu’il fallait que j’attende que j’attende que j’attends qu’il fallait patienter que le colis allez arrivé. Le colis n’est jamais arrivé. Aujourd’hui je le renvoie un message pour leur dire que leur colis n’était jamais arrivé. il me dise qu’il procéderons au remboursement, mais seulement de 57,85€ au lieu de 65 € soit le montant complet de l’article. C’est inadmissible de leur part déjà que leur service client est malheureusement pas fonctionnel..
Si en plus ils sont pas capables de livrer dans les les délais prévu et en plus de ça c’est de l’arnaque car il ne me rembourse pas la somme totale.
C’est inadmissible, avec la somme modique de 57,85 €. Je ne peux même pas racheter la moitié de l’article qui est à un prix exorbitant,
parce que oui c’est pas normal d’avoir un service aussi nul pour des vêtements qui ont un prix aussi cher

Absolutely terrible sizing! I bought size 10 and my size 6-8 friend fit into them perfectly. They only cater to a perfect slim hour glass figure. Not everyone is built like that, so don’t recommend unless you have the perfect figure.

Terrible can't speak to someone my order was ment to be delivered and has not arrived Fastrack ment to drliver today and PLT saying delay in order will never use them again

J’ai commander une paire de chaussure le 29/07 je devais la recevoir le 05/08 je n’ai rien reçu j’ai contacter le sav pour savoir où en est ma commande elle me dit de patienter jusqu’au 18/08 date à laquelle je serais en vac quand on paie 5,99€ de livraison on aimerait que le delais sois respecter je recommande pas à fuirrr vraiment ne commander pas chez eux se sont des escrocs 722-2105357-2026231

If I could give 0 stars, I would. PLT is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and the quality of their clothes. I made the mistake of making 2 orders with them, a day apart before my order/s arrived and realising what a terrible mistake I had made through ordering with them.

The clothes I received were of terrible quality, a pair of boots arrived crushed, a hoodie that I received had lint all over it (like it has been washed and worm multiple times), a dress had arrived with a smell on it and the blazers I ordered looked terrible and were made of cheap material.

The customer service at PLT is also terrible. While some of the people I've spoken to are friendly, some of them have replied with a completely different response to the question I asked about my refund. I am constantly given different customer service representatives, and having to repeat myself over and over. I emailed multiple times asking about my refund, and they continually ask for proof from my post office (which I provide) that I've sent the item, and then suddenly tell me to check my property to see if my parcel has arrived. Their whole system is a complete mess, and no one knows what they're doing.

I've been waiting for my refund for a month now, and I've still got nothing. I'm becoming quite frustrated with the situation and if the refund isn't given to me soon, I'll be reporting the bank transactions as fraudulent.

My advice is not to buy from here, as they're terrible. And any influencers who constantly promote this store are complete liars who are just getting paid lots of money to promote them.

The worst possible online shopping website. They sell cheap $2 china made products at inflated prices. I purchased a pair of metal heel boots and they turned out to be plastic heels with a metallic wrap. And they want me to return the product to them at my expense. It's not a change of mind. It's the wrong product. In legal language "deceptive conduct"!!!

Can't deliver on time. I've even lost hope for my order, they busy telling me to give them 48 hours more but then now days are going

Absolutely terrible sizing 😡 its says true to size on the website but on what planet did they come up with the idea. I bought 4 dresses all a 12 and 14 because im normally a 12 but wanted to size up just incase but all the size 14 didn't go anywhere near me 😡 i think i would have had to order a size 18 in them all to actually fit which is ridiculous and truefully the quality of them all were not very good anyway. Won't be ordering from them again.

I am extremely upset! I ordered a pair of sneakers and platform boots in a US size 9. I'm an 8 1/2 but noticed they only went in whole sizes so I figured to go up to a 9 because 8 might be too small. I also ordered a white dress for the summer...The dress is very thin and see thru, there is very poor stitching on one side and no support cups on the top portion of the dress, just loose material. To make thing even worse the shoes are HUGE. No way it's a size 9 in women. They are more like men's 9. Smh. Now I need to return EVERYTHING just to find out their return policy is garbage! You have to mail it back to your own expense. $90 down the drain for cheaply made dress and shoes that would fit a basketball player! Not to mention the box the shoes came in are all crushed and destroyed because they mailed my package in a plastic bag instead of a box like any other company would do.
I wish I could insert photos of exactly what I'm talking about.

I have bought a pair of Jean high waisted shorts in a 22 bare in mind I’m a 18 and they go no were near me, I put them up against my 18 jeans and they are smaller. Sort ya sizing out will you. You have made me feel
Disgusting and upset

Die Qualität hat soooo nachgelassen. Mittlerweile lohnt die Bestellung wirklich nicht mehr, da 90% zurückgeschickt werden muss, weil die Sachen schon kaputt sind oder Verarbeitungsfehler haben. Und das was ich behalte, ist nach 1x tragen kaputt. So traurig!

I ordered a dress I got a bikini wouldn't mind but 3 sizes too small the trainers were a size 5 but massive they were more like a 7 . Customers service is a joke . I ordered a coat I received 2 pair of shorts .then I ordered another coat my size which is 10 and it drowned me more like a 16 ..the dresses u need to go a size bigger the coats 2 ..3 sizes too big so go smaller .trainers go a size down..I've paid for a year free postage but doubt IL buy from there again ..it's just disappointing ..I ended up giving a coat 2 dresses shorts bikini away as the returns system is ridiculous ..desperately need a shake up !! Shame as some nice stuff

TERRIBLE ONGOING PROBLEMS FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW! WHAT A HEADACHE! March 15th I made an order, items got delivered later and I wanted to makr a return so I created a shipping label, but after I wanted to add one more thing. Contacted customer support, they advised they'll have to cancel my return refund my postage fee and I should process a new refund after 48hrs. Before I shipped my return thry already processed a refund. I contacted the Customer support again to advice I can't process a return again and advised them of what happened, they keep saying check again. after waiting 4 days I did the right thing I paid for a 2nd time for shipping and I included all of the items I wanted to return and shipped it off even thiugh they already refunded for some of them. I contaced Customer Support for a 3rd time, they understand they'll process my refund for postage and later for the added dress. waited a month nothing. Contaced customer support 4th time, and during this 4th time I spoke with 3 differrnt people! they keep saying check again, but I'm the only one checking! I ASKED FOR A SIMPLE TRANSACTION NUMBER OF REFUND PROCESSED! I confirmed I don't have the postage fee and added dress return and they asked for a screen shot and I sent it and the said because of privacy laws we don't accept screenshots WHAT? THEN DON'T ASK ME FOR ONE?! I JUST WANT MY PROPER REFUND! I DID RIGHT BY YOU

I bought a top for our daughter. One shoulder strap was actually sewn from the back to the middle in the front! I have tried contacting the company via a few different ways and have not received one response.

They literally have the worse customer service ever. Refunded me the wrong amount and then proceeded to argue with me even though I provided screen shots of the order details and how much I paid.
It’s not even about the amount, it’s the principal that they are just so rude and give some really crappy answer and end it with “have a nice day”. Like politely telling you to FO. I wish I saw all these bad reviews online before I bought anything.
Also most of the items are cheap and crappy anyway. So not worth the hassle of contacting them back and forth. I will stick to the Iconic where they are always helpful and efficient.

Ordered nearly £300 worth of clothes and sent every single piece back. Some quiet cheap quality and small sizing.

Quick delivery & free returns seem to be the only upside.
Price does NOT match quality & the images are so different to the product that turns up. Cheap & nasty. The coat I ordered had a stain on the arm, labels were not attached & fluff coming out the seam. Poor.
The packaging is so tacky, embarrassing taking it to the post office to send back.

This company is a complete disgrace and should not be allowed to carry on trading I have contacted them three times regarding a delivery that has arrived far to big massive and I want a returns label they do not place anything in the parcel to cover this situation you cannot contact this company by telephone you have to try and I mean try many many times to send a email or try to have a chat with automation which is also nonsence and infuriating it's a simple request a returns label as this article of clothing is massive not your normal size uk or the size I ordered and sleeve cuff must have been stitched by someone either very short sighted or blind certainly no quality service control with this company as this article of clothing is incorrectly sized and cuff on the sleeve are all puckered up I should not have to pay to return this should I I even suggested that I would Ree order a smaller size if they sent the return label but I must be crazy these people simple do not care about there customer service is exactly what mostly all the complaints on all the review sites say is a disgrace so my advise is do not waste your money on this site it's a con I'm going to complain to trading standards myself and suggest everyone else having the same problems as myself do the same and stop this company's bad service and put them out of service trading in such a shamefull manner
