The sizing of this company is disgusting and as someone who genuinely had respect for PLT, I’m not even angry, I’m just disappointed. It’s knocked my confidence ridiculously.I treated myself to new clothes as a present for graduating and for my engagement party in august. As a size 4-6, NONE of my clothes fit. Dresses claiming to be 6 and 8 didn’t come up my body. Clothes looked different on site to in person. You’ve knocked my self confidence and it’s disgusting. I will never ever shop again. How you can make somebody feel so huge in clothes that wouldn’t even fit a 13 year old is beyond me.

Appalled, disgusted, disappointed. Go to other stores, nowhere can be as bad as here.

I saw how cheap some of the sale items were and I was intrigued. I ended up buying a pajama set, a long-sleeve top, and what I thought were sweatpants. The pajama set I got was a tank top and shorts. It was white, but there is literally ZERO fabric. Completely see through. The "sweatpants" were pictured to be regular ribbed sweatpants but I received yoga pants with deep linen-looking "ribbing". They are comfortable to wear but I felt very misled. The top I ordered is supposed to fit more snugly but it was so tight I could barely move despite ordering my same size and reading reviews and the size chart. Everything is super poor quality and thought I spent like $22 in total I feel ripped off. DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM PRETTYLITTLETHING EVER! You can thrift clothes or simply buy from other stores that have way better products.

PLT is the wort customer service experience EVER! I placed an order on my phone but it took me out to a separate tab. When i went back to it to confirm my order. It got confirmed with the wrong address. ( that’s my fault for not re checking ) I emailed PLT immediately and I went back and forth for WEEKS with different people not being helpful. Some saying we can just do a change of address request when it gets to the courier. Others saying that’s not possible. Finally it arrived ant the address on that is not mine and they tell me to just got pick up the item. I live over 20hours away from that address. Then they tell me there is nothing that can do. (not to mention this is happening over email through multiple different people, in the span of 2-3 weeks. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!

I live in Switzerland and I'm ordering on plt since 2 years now. The shipping is so fast even though in corona time. Mostly I receive my package within 10 days, that's crazy.
It takes time to find the right size for you. But that has nothing to do with PLT, it is always a risk when shopping online. And when I returned items, I always received my money back.
I love the clothes and I don't understand all the bad reviews.

Biggest waste of money ever virtually every item of clothing is horrific only decent thing I’ve managed to get are lounge wear and even then terrible quality. Think again if you think you know your size, ordered one pair of size 12 jeans about a month ago and they where more like a 16/18; ordered a different style in a 12 and 10 just incase of the same problem and the 12s wouldn’t even go up my thighs.

I ordered from this company MANY TIMES I ACTUALLY LOVED THIS COMPANY BUT I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!! My order was suppose to be delivered to me 05/21/21 by FEDEX I CANCELED MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT TO BE HOME FOR THE PACKAGE FEDEX NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE AND LIED & SAID I WAS NOT HOME WHICH I Was!!! I CALLED FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WILL REDELIVER NEXT DAY THE SAME THING”NO ONE WAS HOME” WHICH WAS ANOTHER LIE. 4 TIMES THEY SAID NO ONE WAS HOME BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED THEY LIED!!!! THE COURIER TOLD ME PRETTY LITTLE THING HAVE TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHERE MY PACKAGE IS I EMAILED PRETTY LITTLE THING 3 TIMES EVEN WROTE THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA THEY DRAGGED THEY FEET TO REPLY TO ME I EXPLAINED TO THEM THE SITUATION THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE COURIER WHICH I ALREADY DID 4 TIMES AND THEY TELLING ME TO CONTACT PRETTY LITTLE THING GIVING ME A RUN AROUND. I ASK THIS COMPANY FOR A FULL REFUND OR IF THEY CAN RESHIP MY ITEM WITH A DIFFERENT COURIER THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME I HAVE TO CONTACT THE COURIER WHICH IS FEDEX. SO NOW NO ONE IS TRYING TO HELP MY SITUATION IM LEAVING FOR VACATION IN 2 DAYS AND BOTH COMPANIES THE COURIER AND PRETTY LITTLE THING ARE NOT GIVING ME MY PACKAGE OF REFUND!!!!! I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN THEY ARE USELESS AND NOT HELPFUL THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT I DONT HAVE MY ITEM!!!!! I will GET ME A LAWYER!

It’s going to be my first and last order from them. They are pretty famous so I thought I would give them a try and I’m pretty disappointed. The “quality” of most of the clothes is horrible. Everything is obviously made in China. Don’t get me wrong, some Chinese made clothes are actually good quality but theirs are horrendous. They also forgot to pack an accessory that was supposed to come with one of my item (and I waited several weeks for my parcel to arrive). And one of the pants I ordered are just completely different in real life than what they look like on the model. Now I know that we are obviously all different. But the pants are supposed to hug the thighs and have a “straight legs” design. They fit around my waist but the rest feels and look XXL. The model on their website looks slimmer than me and they hug her thighs so it does not make sense. Completely false advertising on this one. Also they are not “straight legs” at all but straight up “bell pants”.

I’m convinced PLT is just a giant dropshipping business. Which is fine. But I wished they would work more closely with their Chinese suppliers then and at least make sure the clothes fit the way they’re supposed to.

I've only worn the jumpsuit once and the zip will not go up again. I could understand if it was a case of being too tight but there is lots of room and the zip is not stuck on anything either. Just very poorly made, not as if it was the cheapest item either. Quite dissapointed and a waste of money.

I changed my address before ordering and for some reason my order is being sent to my old address 300miles away and not being able to cancel or change the address before it’s even been dispatched! So now I’m down £30 thanks PLT I won’t be ordering from you again!

Zip broke on jumpsuit only worn twice! Couldnt get it up or down had to force it down. Very cheaply made.

This company sucks. Their clothes are cheap and this customer service is ridiculous. No wonder you are a 2 stars should be 0 stars. You need to go out of business.I will never order from this company ever

I wish I could give zero stars. First off my order took forever to get to me. It was two weeks post the delivery date. After the package was "on the way they then said one of my items wasnt in stock soooo. Also, the tracking that they gave me was sooooo inaccurate. When I opened my package the smell was HORRID. And I ordered faux leather so its not something I can just wash away. I tried on the clothes and all were huge. The size chart was inaccurate. One item had a huge hole in it. I reached out to customer service and the only thing they said is they could replaced or refund the item with a hole and I could possibly donate the other items. Are you Sh**ing me!

I bought 2 items from PLT UK and I am residing in the US, now I understand that it's covid but the items took over a month to arrive, and the tracking information for shipping would never update. 4 weeks in and it said my items were still in Jamaica. It delivered today and it still says Jamaica.
About the products- I ordered a size 6 UK, and I am positive I should fit a size 6 UK, because I've always fit that size from other brands with no issue, but the items were way too small. Like toddler sized. For one of the shirts, I could only fit my head. Material was thin and cheap. One of my items was a bikini and I didn't bother trying it on because you can tell by looking-- it's too small. And it reeked of vinegar.. some sort of sour smell, I immediately put it back into the package and washed my hands.
I am now pursuing a return process with a shipping voucher and hopefully customer service will oblige...

Never received my parcel, spoke with Prettylittlething.com on a few occasions who keep giving me different dates that I should wait until, it's now been over 2 weeks and they are still asking me to wait for update from courier, not received refund, every time I ask, they say different things, feels like there just avoiding paying refund. Won't order from here again

Bought some jogging bottoms for my daughter for Xmas. Only been worn 4 times and holes are appearing in the material. Very poor quality fabric. Disappointed

It's always hit and miss.....I have ordered a lot from PLT and sometimes I'm happy, other times I have literally threw away the items. Couldn't even give them away and not worth faffing about trying to return. My most recent purchase was a pair of split hem leggings. Shocking! Thin....see through.....poor. a off the shoulder knitted jumper, very nice! Not like the picture but ok....a pair of ripped Jean's. UK size 12....I cant even get them up never mind fasten them. I'm a uk 12....I would of had to buy a 16 just to get these on. Not good. All in all I'd buy lounge wear, but nothing for a nice day/night out.

Bought a size 7 shoe which I have done previously through pretty little thing and when they arrived they were too small. I compared my last purchase of size 7 with these ones and the sizing is way off! Might I add they were also "suppose" to be for a wide foot and that was a lie! Talking to customer service and apparently Umair isn't able to re order a new pair and have them sent out but they most definitely want there shoes back 🙄

Its a real gamble with the shape jeans i orders 3 pairs size 10s and a 2 inch difference in size between smallest and largest waist only ended up keeping one pair that fitted ,so i would say you cant order in confidence and you would have to order a few of the same size ,not ideal

Very disappointed with their customer service - very rude and unprofessional.
I have received an item that was full of pilling, and was washed out, clearly used item that just had a new tag put back on. Instead of solving this, I received an email with a lesson on how pilling works and that I can get this fixed myself...this is NOT going an extra mile for customers. I will not be ordering from them again!

First time ordering from here and experience was great! Good quality! Would order again!
