Ordered a Canon Pixma TS8750 yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. Unboxed and set up within 30 minutes - I only use my iPhone for printing. This was fantastic service from Printerbase and they phoned me today to check everything was ok. Also best price on the internet for this printer. Highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10.

Very fast delivery with great customer service. They actually called me after I ordered my new scanner to offer me an equivalent slightly cheaper item and refunded the difference.

I love the scanner. Took a bit of time to discover how to get the best from it but now I would not want to be without it. So much faster than the basic one which is part of my printer

Never heard of this company before but they had next day delivery and the cheapest price, even compared to Amazon. Received said printer within 24 hours. Excellent service!

I recently bought a new Canon PIXMA G650 from Printerbase to replace a very old Canon MG5650 which had sadly finally died. I researched the web thoroughly for reviews, I knew I wanted a new Canon, I knew I wanted ink tanks rather than cartridges and finally I wanted really good image quality to start printing photos. The G650 with 6 ink tanks has been absolutely brilliant and I’m thrilled with the full A4 photos I’ve printed so far, colours are vivid, it’s so much better than my old printer.

I ordered after 6pm on 4th Feb, received a phone call from Printerbase the next morning to verify the order. The lovely Printerbase lady asked all about my intended use of the printer, and items on my order. I happily modified my order prior to shipment to get more print photopaper.

The printer was delivered by courier exactly on time and with great care 7th Feb afternoon. I opened the box, quickly ready all the manuals, it took less than 30 mins to connect to WiFi, load the 6 inks and begin printing. I was blown away by the stunning print quality.

From start to finish I found Printerbase outstanding as a company. I knew exactly when the order would arrive, (when I placed the order), they took the time to call me before dispatch to check details, a great personal touch & I got a great price. And everything worked straight out of the box -

Good price, good service. Did their best to help when I had a set-up problem, but in the end even Canon themselves couldn't fix it because it was a problem with the latest version of Windows. Very happy with Printerbase and would use them again.

Just had a few interactions with Elaine at Printerbase, to set up a printer supplies subscription for my new Brother printer.

What a breath of fresh air. Elaine is cheerful, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and she totally owned my problems, right down to finishing the job herself when we got an unexpected error code.

I rang Printerbase for some help in choosing a new printer. They were very helpful and suggested several models at different prices to replace the one which had just gone wrong. Very quick service and delivery

Had excellent help and advice when selecting a new laser printer. Printer was delivered very quickly and then I had a follow-up call from PrinterBase the next day to check that everything was okay and working well. Excellent customer service. Thanks ever so much.

First-class service, great products, great prices

Steve Killick guided me through what would be best for our small charity office. He explained the different types of printers, what my usage is etc and told me which printer would be best suited.

Bless him, he did a follow up call to see how I was getting on and also reminded me to register the warranty for the printer.

I was unsure about the printer I was interested in and went ahead and ordered it. The following morning I got a call from to confirm my order and delivery delivery. I was able to ask questions and the customer service from Joseph was second to none. If I could give 10 stars I would. I know where I will be going for all my printing needs in the future. I can't fault the support, it was shear excellence. Great job guys.
