On our first purchase at the end of last year, we bought a set of pans. In the end, they were all securely packaged... This time we went back to buy a lid for the frying pan, which was a glass lid, but it wasn't even wrapped in paper. For the prices they charge and the quality of their products, the final delivery process to the consumer should follow the same standard.

Courteous service from staff
Courteous service from enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. They were happy to sell granite pans for the online special offer price. Our experience of Pro Cook pans is all positive and our bread knife is exceptionally sharp.

Knife shopping
Had looked online but wanted to get straight away as it was a knife my son wanted, rather than just look I asked the assistant who was very helpful as to where it’d be. He showed me the knife in a cabinet then got a boxed one for me to buy.

Quality Products
Have recently purchased both a kitchen knife and salt and pepper grinders both good quality and and at a reasonable price. The young store attendant ( male ) was very friendly and helpful.
