Bought this from canterbury, really good professional stuff. Took time to explain and demonstrate the differences between and help me to choose based on my preference. I purchased the Elite AUS10 Chefs Knife 20cm 8inch, it's really Sharpe, and the grip is excellent. Love the weight distribution. A complete balanced knife.

Shop assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a brief description about the wooden chopping boards without being pushy or encouraging me towards the higher priced ones. On her suggestion I purchased the £19 beechwood one along with a bottle of mineral oil.

Customer service
The assistant was very helpful and gave additional information on the saucepans we were looking at to help us decide. It was a little disappointing that when we were leaving, after our purchases, they did not acknowledge our departure.

Rang Pro Cook Canterbury after searching for chefs knives. They had what I needed in stock and held them for me until I could get there.

An inspiring shop with frurndly and knowledgable staff . The staff were friendly and helpful
The staff were friendly and helpful. I had looked everywhere for a cake tin of a certain size . I could get one , but it was in a set of three , and I had the bigger sizes. But at pro cook I was directed to the right shelf and found exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. I wasn't surprised really . I have made frequent visits to the shop. Always pleasurable, even if I an just looking around . But I often see things I want , or presents.
