Above and beyond service from Mark at Pro Cook
I recently visited the ProCook shop and purchased some plates, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The plates themselves are beautiful and clearly very well made – great quality and exactly what I was looking for.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Mark, who works there, was exceptionally helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, offered useful advice, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without any pressure.
One item I wanted wasn’t available in the store, but Mark went the extra mile. He called another store to check if they had it in stock, arranged for it to be collected, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. That level of service made a big difference.
It’s always great to receive such attentive and friendly service. Thank you, Mark, and the ProCook team – I’ll definitely be back!

Products are very robust
Products are very robust, well made, with many woks to select from. We were given great product advice and demonstrations. We were able to test the knives to help decide which felt great in the hand.
Looking forward to many years of use, with the added peace of mind, a 25 year guarantee.

Great product knowledge
The level of product knowledge is incredible. I spent probably 40 minutes with Tracy talking about knives, pans and chopping boards! Left feeling like I’d got the best equipment for my own personal needs.
