Very polite and helpful staff. Was looking for a set of kitchen knives, the man staff came up to me and said they had a set(no block) for £6 in the sale! These are there own knives and extremely Sharpe. The bread knives is wonder . Would highly recommend

Helpful and friendly service
The young lady who served me in the shop was very helpful and courteous. The only downside was after I returned home and found I had been tricked into donating 50p to a charity! I don’t begrudge that payment but I do object to the fact I was not given the option to opt out, despite what I was told when I telephoned the shop about it.
