Lovely helpful staff and really wonderful range of beautifully designed products for the home 🙂

The lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for.

I needed an emergency replacement for a food processor. I received excellent, prompt and very attentive service from the assistant (I don't know his name). He led me to a suitable processor and explained its components and checked its functions on-line in front of me. He then made sure that it was properly packed in a suitable manner for me to carry on the bus. I was very impressed with him. It is actually a nice food processor as well.

The staff in ProCook Kingston were knowledgable and very helpful. The products are goods quality and reasonably priced.

Low pressure sales. The salesperson took the time to explain the various types and pros and cons of each set of pans. She asked what I liked to cook and let me decide which pans would work best while answering the questions I had and did not try to upsell me - greatly appreciated her time and advice and I’m looking forward to cooking with these new pans.

One particular member of staff Daria! If she isn't the manager , she should be. Product knowledge and she understands cooking too. Brilliant customer attitude. I've had 40years plus in sales and she is the best of your staff in Kingston. My purchases are fine and always curteousley assisted by Daria. I hope this helps.

We had a clear idea of what we wanted and this was enhanced by the assistant who served us who was knowledgable about the product that we were interested in. His pleasant manner meant that we also brought a second product. It was the ideal shopping experience.
This is our first visit to the shop and will visit again

Ever I visited the store it was a happy shopping. Friendly staff/very helpful, have patience with the questions and to answer without rushing. Love the experience whether I buy or not.

It was an absolute pleasure to go into the store today because the lady that was working there was exceptional, she was very polite courteous and really knew all of the products where everything was. I’m just a joy to be served so nicely so thank you.

I was looking for a particular product and while ProCook didn't stock it, the staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly & knowledgable, not just about the store and products, but the local area and baking more generally.
The store was also very clean, well stocked, and lovely to explore - while I didn't get what I'd come for, I did end up with a few other shiny new pans!

Pro cook had exactly what I wanted. Pleasant staff.
