ProCook - Meadowhall Reviews

The vibe and decor was so nice, had a moment to look around before a lovely member of staff asked me if i wanted anything specific. She immediately guided me to exactly what i needed, recommended one and showed me their best seller. She was so lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. I havent used the product since its a gift but ive looked and it looks very high quality and like it will last for a long time! Looking around originally showed that they have nearly everything needed in the kitchen and more! 🩷

Assistant was very helpful and friendly. Products good price. Lots of choice.

The people working in the shop were extremely helpful and kind. I’ve taken off a star as you have stickers on every item that are pointless. They have a heart and a little message that I can’t even remember. Had to soak and scrub every item to get the sticker off. Not helpful for an elderly person with arthritis.

The team at ProCook Meadowhall were great to me and my wife and really helpful!

Exemplary service. Helpful and informative.

Polite and friendly staff. Shop clean, tidy and well displayed products.

Very friendly and found everything I needed, would definitely recommend to friends and family

The shop was lovely and clean and well laid out.
The advisors were polite and helpfull, I asked an advisor for help with a product and asked about certain features. I was happy wirh the information received and ended up buying the product.

The service was excellent.

Sales person was very helpful. High quality products and some great offers.

Only went in for a potato peeler so not as if this was going to be the most expensive sale of the day! The young saleswoman couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional. She went through all the potato peelers in stock, eventually selling me one and my sister also bought a couple of items that she wasn’t expecting to buy! I’ll definitely go back there and I’ve already told a couple of friends about Pro Cook.

I went in to look at some pans and ended up buying a knife set after trying them. they are exetionally good value and give my globals a run for there money.

Lovely kitchen and dining utensils and cookware. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable advice and great pricing

Fantastic service. The 2 women who were on duty in the shop were excellent. They knew their products and were informative, friendly and courteous. The product we bought (2 12 piece dinner services and 8 matching pasta bowls) are exactly what we wanted.

Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly staff.

Good, polite, knowledgable service.

The store is bright and welcoming with a very good lay out. It is very easy to find what you are looking for with good examples of ideas for different set ups I.e dinner sets, cutlery, pan sets etc. The best part of my recent visit was the staff. The young lady that help myself and my friend had an amazing wealth of knowledge, was friendly and helpful while being professional but not pushy, which is something I find very encouraging and would make me want to visit your store again. All the items that I viewed in store where of a good quality with some brands I recognised plus new ones which looked interesting. They had the items both my friend and I wanted and much more besides. All in all a very pleasant and productive visit. I would highly recommend Pro Cook to anyone and will visit again.

This lovely shop is a new one for me and I loved looking around it. I may have to rethink all my cooking appliances !

Staff were really friendly and welcoming- the shop displays were inviting with a good range of products at a good price point
