Extremely helpful

Friendly and helpful staff

So helpful. I bought , by mistake, the wrong size of loaf tin. I realised my mistake as soon as I got home. I emailed the shop and they have put the correct size aside for me.
There is a good selection of things in the shop, I also bought an "eco" frying pan, so far I am very pleased with it.

Found what i went in for & had service with a smile 😃

Such a great shame that all your products are made in China. I thought UK was retooling and getting back our industries. Can UK not make a cooking pot? a saute pan? Pepper or salt mills?.... On a positive note the store is nicely laid out. And staff lovely. Just consider the sticker shock of "Made in .....

Staff were really helpful and the store had everything I needed at a great price and quality.

In store the assistant was really helpful. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. Assistants didn't jump on you but were around for when you had questions and didn't push you to buy.

ProCook is always my first choice when it comes to quality and value for money.

Came in to look for a new set of knives, Charlotte was of utmost help and pointed out all the information needed and was lovely to talk to! She made the whole experience of discussing styles, prices and durability extremely easy. Would 100% go back again for any other kitchen products in the future. Many stores have rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff, but for this store it couldn't be anything further from that. You really couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.

It was so nice to entre a shop and be able to look around without staff approaching you within seconds of entering but knowing they were there ready to help with any questions you may have needed, and they were indeed very helpful, would highly recommend this pro cook shop in truro.

Absolutely fantastic. Jo’s customer service was so brilliant, funny and professional. The knife demo was very informative and helped us pick the right knives for us. The selection and quality of products is absolutely amazing and the value is great. We were also offered to pick up our purchases later in our car so we didn’t have to carry them all around Truro. 100% will be back for more. Couldn’t be happier.

Great advice in the shop and fantastic to hear I didn’t need to carry purchase to car park some distance away.

Very helpful staff,, polite, approachable and quick to assist me in locating what I was searching for. Well informed re products. Wrapped my purchases carefully and offered assistance with larger items.

I visited the Truro store in Cornwall. I had the best service from a member of staff that assessed what we were looking for and which particular product would best meet my needs. I then selected some knives
I was able to try different knives. Take my time with no sales pressure.
It made a refreshing change. The staff were so knowledgeable about the products in store
