On this occasion I added to my cutlery collection. No problem finding the product. I also found a cutlery set for my grandson featuring a giraffe. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

We needed to replace a couple of pans. Knew the sizes we needed, so many different types to choose from; the sales person explained the differences and we bought a couple of pans.

Good quality
They had just the cutlery we wanted to match our existing but a better quality. Also bought a salt and pepper mill which again was good quality.
