No Money Down course, presented by Kevin McDonnell, is an eyeopener as to how one should look at property (property deals) and ones surroundings in general. Great session Kevin and team!!

Well low and behold, I'm here to write a review exactly the same as neil forsyth!
Ive been bigging up this company for at least 10years as there is some good tips when you go to the events.
However this time i decided i wanted to do a kevin Mcdonald course and as he was speaking, i decided to go and take 2 other people.
Usual pitch we are going to discount and in the....short break! and if your quick you can have the course for xyz.
So we jumped up and i got in the queue to pay.
Now here is the thing, at NO point did anyone say before you sign there is no refund, or if you would like to read the pages of small print on the back. Had i been told and being cautious i would have booked on line to cover myself based on the No refund clause ! However the short break is the pressure pointband the hard sell...illegal

At this point i had no intention of cancelling until the next day when my card issuer reduced my credit limit which in tern would have affected my credit score.
So i emailed to cancel and low and behold the same as Neil...no refund. I was fuming but i thought ok ill need to do it because i can't be bothered fighting, having my father just being diagnosed with dementia.
Fast forward ive become my dads carer and just cant do the course, so ive re emailed , and to no surprise, no refund
Do they really think this is the best way to treat potential customers have probably close to a 1000 properties or more. This tells me one thing...all they want is your money, simple and this doesn't bode well, showing them up for just another company that smile when everything is working wonderfully but when on the odd occasion they have to deal with a genuine reason for having to cancel, they slap you in the face

Well Progressive, i will be taking you to court as i have rights as a consumer, and i will sing from the rooftops when this uk consumer claims his rights....see you in court

No Money Down and Rent to Rent 3 day training from Kevin McDonnell... prepare yourself your mind will be blown wide open by the opportunities that Kevin and the Team will teach you. Intensive doesn't cover it, Kevin charismatic to the end and doesn't hold back. You can't fail to be inspired!

I attended the NMD 3 day event run by Kevin mcdonall. The content was amazing and Kevin delivered it in his charismatic way. Yes, this is a business that is run by multi millionaires who talk the talk because they have walked the walked themselves. I signed up to the NMD mastermind and am extremely excited to start my own business in property. Yes, it costs money, probably money you don't have right now but it's an investment in yourself and if you're prepared to put the learning into action, you have the support and network of people who have been there and done it and access to that knowledge doesn't come free. Remember though, there's no guarantees with starting your own business but you can reduce your own mistakes by copying the strategy from successful people who have been in your shoes once and that knowledge has got to be priceless.

I attended the No Money Down training with Kevin MacDonnell. I can say for certain that I will need time to digest all the information I've learnt this weekend.

Kevin doesn't hold back, his energy is genuine and contagious. He knows what he is talking about, and most importantly he wants to make sure you understand and learn because he cares and wants everyone to do well - this energy can't be faked.

Not only do I have so much information and knowledge with this strategy, but I also left the training feeling very motivated, confident and had ideas pouring out of me on what I can do next with my property business.

If you're serious about property and are looking for a bona fide strategy which will make you alot of money over the remainder of your life (regardless of your age), this is the place to be.

I was skeptical at the start I wasn’t sure if it was going to be worth it. I didn’t like the sales pitch from the Multiple streams, But get in the room on a paid training and it is a lot different. Kevin is so enthusiastic a laugh but he also tells it like it is. I am now actioning the training and I hope I can convince those around me that attending master mind will be worth it. I will definitely do more training as I know just having that support will make me better. I can totally agree when he describes family family and property family as being so different. Even if you don’t do property the skills are transferable

I went to the 3 day training from Kevin McDonnell and it was simply amazing. Venue was at the. progressive Property building in Peterborough.
I am much richer with my knowledge of property. I would say to anyone thinking about doing some of the courses with Kevin and his team… Don’t put it off, just do it! Met some fantastic people.
Thanks to Kevin and his fantastic teaching, I have the way forward.

I have recently returned from 3 days on the Progressive Property Multiple Streams of Property Income course.

I arrived not knowing what to expect but sure of my aim to get a property education.

Initial impressions from a Peterborough Business Park weren't overwhelming as the nearby site was under construction and the coffee making facilities were fairly basic.

However I was encouraged by the early morning pre -course networking as people were clearly interested motivated and down to earth and approachable.

The training started with an introduction from Toni Gargan a down to earth human and empathetic person who was engaging, honest and clearly cared. The motivation seemed to be other than money and was personal.

The trainers came on at slots throughout the weekend and were all clearly expert in their field.Again they were all engaging.

I signed up to an expensive package of courses as I was sold on the concept of changing my life through property investment. But the way the course were packaged and sold was clearly savvy and rehearsed and used modern sales techniques. It was just about ethical but did rankle a little.

I am strongly looking forward to getting started in January on my training but having to weather strong arguments from my family and my partner about the cost involved...

I have just completed the NMD training with Kevin McDonnell. It was entertaining, education and inspiring! It has given me the tools and kick start I need to get going on my property journey. Highly recommended!
