Just back from probably the most conprehensive property training I've had in all these years. Thank you to Kevin McDonnell for the most informative, productive training I've ever completed.

If you are considering the courses available via Progressive Property, I would hasten to add that THE most important of them all simply has to be Kevin's NO MONEY DOWN RENT TO RENT course. In fact, I would say that it SHOULD BE MANDATORY to do this course before studying any other strategy - after all, you must be able to either purchase or control any asset before applying any strategy. I consider myself to be a seasoned investor, and I thought I knew these creative strategies... but Kevin has added a dimension I have yet to witness elsewhere in how these strategies are utilised. Whilst I have known him for a long time as a presenter, I have a new found respect for him for his ability as a trainer, training content and delivery.

I urge you to book yourself on this course FIRST before you attempt anything else.

I just completed the three-day No Money Down Masterclass with Kevin McDonnell. The course was delivered with energy and the content was amazing. Anyone looking to get into property and understand all the different strategies available, then this course is for you. It certainly changed my thinking on how I will buy property in the future.

The no money down course was informative, fun and engaging.

Bought the Commercial Conversions Mastermind Elite. After 7 months of completing all my actions and attending every session i had no progress and seeing no one else making progress i complained. Then they "investigated" and found no issues.

I have a lifetime membership of which they won't honor or speak to me because i asked in the whats app group for help with my complaint as the complaints manager won't respond to me.

They will not return calls or emails. Money back guarantee was refused as i didn't attend every session. This is after I was told not to attend due to my complaint.

I know too much to write anymore.

I feel sick thinking about my experience with Progressive Property.

I complained to Rob Moore directly outling my thoughts on is upsell. He then write back telling me how much money he has,how many houses he owns, take your money elsewhere you don't get what's on the tin,they even hide the fact they dont offer refunds. A property tycoon here in NW tells his clients to stay clear from pp. Ps read all the true version of neg .reviews.

Good host excellent content and networking opportunity

Progressive are changing my life for the better. When it comes to customer service, they are truly on top form! When it comes to their content and education (which are only some of their businesses) they are known as number 1 in the country for a reason! Hands down best education, best value and a great team!

The program is very interactive and the presenters are professional they know what they are talking about.

Luke Tebbutt-Gilbert is the best sales person you ever had on your team. He contacted me the next day morning asking if I had problems signing or any questions. He answered all my questions and provided excellent info in sent email. He was very professional and excellent 👍💖

Just finished Kevin McDonnell's No Money Down & Rent to Rent course.. quite eye opening and mind blowing!

The No Money Down specifically is really not what you might think.. the knowledge Kevin and his team have is just amazing and I would recommend it to anyone in business regardless of the property link! If you want to really step up your game in what is possible, look into this, seriously.

I was spoken to by Luke, I applied for the event online but didn’t really know much about any of it, He gave me a detailed but understandable explanation of what was included and what happens at the events, He also sent me over hotels near by to help me with accommodation for the weekend of the event. Overall, I highly recommend Progressive Properties and my experience with them was great.

They take your money on the day and as its a on premise event they refuse refunds, it's a criminal scam enterprise. Surely if the courses were any good they would allow refunds, but no watch out its a scam beartrap

My review is mainly based on the customer call handling. Spoke to a gentleman called "Junaid" that was extremely helpful, answered all my questions with no bother & extremely patient as I took my time on deciding.

Very pleasant experience with the customer engagement executive "Alessio Dagostino" whom I talked to via email for the last couple of days to secure my spot at an event and know all the details of it. He was fast and clear in the replies,
