Alfie was super helpful on the telephone, and, when I arrived to have the tyres replaced his colleagues were straight onto the job. Definitely think they're helpfulness has improved.

Able to book service on line , Dropped the car off and when ready Ray phoned me , and then went through the paperwork with me . I've taken the car there to be looked after a few times now and pleased with the service they give and the recommendations . Also easy to park .

Not happy with how many chips I have in on my rim!
Tyre was fine and didnt take very long at all but not very happy with having over 6/7 chips in my rim !

The tyres were the cheapest price…
The tyres were the cheapest price locally. The fitting was quick. My only issue was that the manager (Ray) wasn’t going for the customer service award!

Great Service
Sorted a repair on my deflating tyre (thought I would need a new one), and were proactive with a potential issue with my metal value caps that were seized on the front to tyres.
