Alfie was super helpful on the telephone, and, when I arrived to have the tyres replaced his colleagues were straight onto the job. Definitely think they're helpfulness has improved.

I had two front tyres fitted and have no complaints about the fitting, but when I asked for a copy of the receipt there was no mileage recorded or reference to which axle (front or back) they were fit... Toon meer

No one answered the phone despite…
No one answered the phone despite multiple attempts, went in to the branch and explained I had a puncture and possibly needed new front tires. Was told “you’ll have to leave it here” not asked. Gave my name and phone number, a while later my wife received a call to say what was required, luckily we were together that day. Once completed I came up and paid, no one mentioned the puncture so I asked as was told , could not find anything but resealed. Next day tire was. Flat so returned and spoke to the younger guys who were extremely helpful and professional. Checked and found a nail. Experience on return was good but not so from the manager

You were the only company that done what you said you would do and that was get me a battery and fit it with in two hours the workers there was fantastic and helpful l will use your place for any future work l need

All round good service.
Previously they had indicated that I had an issue with a tyre. They suggested I monitor the situation. I did so. I thought they provided well reasoned advice. Unexpectedly I needed to drive to London and thought I would get a new tyre. I phoned them and there was a prompt response on the phone. I was told to visit the site and told that i may have to wait. I attended and was dealt with in a polite, friendly and informative manner. I was dealt with quickly. It was a good retail experience.

Really helpful bunch had a flat took the tyre down unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired and a new tyre was fitted in under an hour great service.
