Professional and friendly staff. 4 new tyres and wheel alignment completed in a timely manner. A good experience.

Booked for 9.30 am not enough staff so had to wait. When refitting wheel completely cover tyre valve with wheel trim (which bolts on with wheel nuts) so had to go back to have that corrected, and when they corrected it they had not replaced my speciality valve cap, but fortunately found it when I complained

Called into Protyre, Charminster Road to have the tyres checked on my Jaguar. The four of them were in poor condition.
I returned later that day and they replaced them for me and gave a discount as I had purchased 4 tyres.

Made an appointment for 8:30am for Protyre’s 3rd attempt at fixing a tyre I was having problems with, I turned up at 8:27 walked across the card park in the rain to find the door locked and the person on the front desk 4 foot away just sat there, had to walk back to my car in the rain to wait the 3 minutes for him to open the door, my car then sat in the car park for 1 hour 20 minutes before anyone touched it. Very poor all round

After discovering a screw in my tyre, I booked an appointment within 2hrs. Tyre was replaced in 20 minutes by friendly staff.
Waiting area is pleasant & there are shops around if you want to wander while you wait.

Despite quite serious staffing problems they managed to service and m o t my Mercedes within the time constraints,
The manager was very accommodating.
I would recommend this garage on Bater road as I felt I had faith in their work and that they would not rip me off

Friendly staff and make to feel well looked after.

Protyre Bournemouth investigated the inoperative rear fog light on my Skoda which I had assumed was a faulty bulb. It transpired after some twenty minutes to actually be a failing led which fortunately was still under warranty. I was amazed to be told that there would be no charge for the technician time spent and can only say how refreshing it was to receive genuine customer service in sharp contrast to the main dealer who does not seem to understand what customer service is!!
