I arrived on time for my appointment but they didn't start on my car for 35mins and no apology was given for the delay. They were all chatting, laughing, vaping and checking their phones. I took the car and next day a light came on on the dashboard saying there was no pressure on one of the tyres. I checked the tyres and one was reading 39 instead of 32. I rang them but got no reply, I tried again the next morning but still no reply. I therefore rang the Bath branch who answered immediately and were so helpful. I took the car to them and they sorted the problems out at no extra cost. I can't thank them enough. Needless to say I will not be going back to the Chippenham branch again

The tyre fitting process and tyres were efficient and good (2xMichellin P4's). At the end the technician told me two tyre pressure sensors were not working, which I knew. On way home for an appointment checked tyre pressure sensors and all were non-functional. Went back next day and Manager (?) said that the two would be back functional when car next serviced. At service 2-3 months later the garage (Vauxhall) said that the two non-functioning sensors will not reset. Went back to Bathwick and Manager said to fix would cost me £440. I am not happy with Bathwick (Protyres)!

I regularly use Protyre Chippenham. Booked and paid for a replacement tyre online as the price was 10% less than quoted by the branch. Work completed very speedily.

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong sized tyre online. Luke pointed out my error the said he didn't have any of a similar tyre in stock. He then went above and beyond to get me refitted with the correct tyres without any hassle or fuss.....brilliant service ...I would recommend to anyone

Fixed my puncture for free and put the new front tyres on the front of my car quickly.

I had my car booked in for a mot and it was done at the appointed time with care. I felt safe while I was there and treated with respect. I was kept updated also

Booked MOT - failed - couldn’t do the work until a few days later and then couldn’t do the Re-MOT for another week because the MOT person was on holiday. Had to go to another garage to get it all done.

Took my car in for an aircon recharge, spent over an hour and a half for a job they said would take no more than an hour and they didn’t even get half away, had a leave for an emergency, spent 40mins on an error message but no one fixed, which is surprising because the place was quiet. Should have listened to others who recommended I avoid. Customer service don’t respond. Can’t recommend enough for anyone to stay away.

Very friendly and helpful . I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and they still accommodated me on the MOT service test . Thanks very much

MOT was carried out on time in a courtious manner. Will use again.

On the day was great, no waiting around and mot done in a timely manner.

Knocked off one star as Protyre rearranged my booked appointment

Arrived at opening time - no appointment - with a rear puncture (no spare these days!) They booked me in for 9.00am. Took the car early and they identified the tyre was age-cracking and not suitable for repair. Selected two replacement tyres and these were fitted, balanced etc and vehicle check completed by about 9.30am. Excellent service as ever.
