I was attended to on arrival at the garage.The front two tyres were replaced and checked the necessary things.

Very good MOT. Easy to obtain an appointment on line and pay for the MOT at the same time. Car passed it's inspection with observations. The car is now 16 years old and the items will be remedied in its service. Thank you.

My wife was forced to buy two new tyres which we know was perished and had cracking but to told she couldn't drive away till they was done or they wouldn't let her go i had the tyres booked in somewhere else who i get a massive discount as i deliver their so many thanks for taking £400 of my wife... she only came on for two tyre sensors. This has been tried on me before over brake discs which were 0.05m under the limit and i got some bad attitude saying they couldn't let me leave,took it to my garage they looked and laughed and it passed mot months later

Failed mot on a missing bolt on brake caliper. Fair enough these things happen but you couldn’t help getting it fixed. Had to go well out my way with time and distance to an Audi service center who said anybody could replace a bolt. Used the place for years but with that unhelpful attitude won’t be back. Disappointed in you

Had an unusual exhaust problem requiring a non-standard part. The manager rang around straight away and found one at another localish branch and got it shipped over within two hours and fitted for me. Brilliant service.

I always come to Protyre for my tyres and this visit they did my MOT. They were running on time and I waited while they did the MOT which was just less than an hour. Very reasonably priced and always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Really easy to book the MOT online. Turned up and the car was taken straight away. Went for a stroll and on my return the car had been tested with just the paperwork to be done. Very happy with the whole process. Many thanks to all at the Chippenham branch.

I had to get my new NS-Rear tyre checked after having had the tyre pressure warning activated several times since fitting at the same branch. The operator removed the wheel, applied a flush to both sides and we both saw the bubbles identify the leak. He then removed the tyre, cleaned the wheel and resealed the wheel and refitted the tyre. All satisfactory and no charge. Totally professional and speedy service.

I got there a bit early and was seen to straight away and all was excellent until they did the wheel nuts up with a impact wrench then wasted their time using a torque wrench as it didn't move 1 millimeter and why would it when its already been tightened beyond the specified torque by the impact wrench when I got home I couldn't undo them with my torque wrench so they were obviously far tighter than what they should be and therefore could cause damage or worse sheer off while driving and cause an accident, I would have thought a place thats been going for some time would know by now that they shouldn't be tightening the wheel nuts with a torque wrench or rattle gun or similar
