The guys are great, helpful and know there stuff, only four stars because the parts company you us are rubbish, they sent the wrong brake build twice meaning I was waiting for around four hours for a simple fix

Untrained staf, and rude mot tester. Booked in for a 12:15 rang to see how long and was told at half 2 he was just started.

Great customer service

Great value Mot price. Although the MOT tester was delayed, stuck in traffic coming from Birmingham to Crewe the staff kept me informed and advised which could have turned into a bad review. But due to their efforts keep me informed was kept happy. And let's face it these things happen. And it takes quality staff to turn these things around. Which they did admirably. Thanks again and see you soon for my wife's car MOT.

Immediate service work carried out officiantly

I had four tyres replaced on my BMW, which is my pride and joy and is maintained immaculately. Mark, the fitter carried the work out with the greatest of care to ensure that there were no blemishes at all on my alloys, and even cleaned the tyres off before handing my car back. All completed with a friendly and informative approach. I have used them before many times and have always received the same level of service

First time I have used your company, I found the experience to be quite satisfying, although you hadn't got my tyre in stock you immdiately located one, gave me a same day time and carried out the work with complete efficiency. and at a reasonable price

Efficient,very helpful and polite. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the garage my car was on the ramp and getting a full inspection underneath. The problems were quickly diagnosed and explained to me. I'd been to 2 other local garages which were pretty useless in relation to the lads at Protyre. Thanks for checking my car out.
