I had an MOT booked for 28/05/2026 at 10:00am. At around 9:00am on the day, I received a phone call informing me that the technician due to carry out the MOT was unwell, so the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The staff member was very polite and even offered to contact another garage on my behalf if they were unable to fit me in soon.

I then attended the rearranged appointment on 03/06/2026, only to be told at the desk that the technician was still off sick and that I should have been contacted beforehand. Unfortunately, I never received any phone call or notification.

I had booked my MOT well in advance because my current MOT was due to expire soon. Due to the lack of communication regarding the cancelled appointment, I was not given the opportunity to arrange an alternative booking elsewhere, and I am now left without a valid MOT.

When arrived I was told it will take about 45mins it took just over 2hrs when asked I was told short on staff but that's an excuse they always say

After a slight hiccup with the appointment the customer service I received was excellent. The singing from the staff was entertaining and brightened up my morning. Thanks guys, you were great.

We arrived just as the garage was about to close with what we thought was a puncture as the warning light had come on. Despite being on his own for the day, Ayrton checked over each tyre, added pressure as needed and, having found a deep gash in one of the tyres, replaced it with a new one. Fabulous customer service

Good communication, polite staff, quick and reliable service.

The tyres are my cars achilles heal, they are aways picking up nails and tacks. 4pm on a Saturday afternoon Eyrton managed to find time to check the tyre. I received honest professional advice, the tyres are not standard so had to be ordered in, Max fitted it after the bank holiday and I was good to go. Really good service, great team.

Based on my previous visit it will be excellent service, the booking is for next Jan (2027).

I placed a wrong order for a tyre. Phoned to cancel and was told no problem and refund would be processed.
I placed another order for the correct two tyres which were successfully fitted with no problems.
I am still waiting for a refund for the first incorrect order. I have phoned, sent an email on the 1/4/26 with no reply. Just been on hold for 25 minutes with nobody answering phone!
The work done was fine and without problem but the communication is awful

The lads at the Weymouth branch couldn't do any better great communication from all of them made to feel welcome and not just money walking in , advise and solutions on hand to any issues , great bunch of lad don't change anything it's working 👍 will always take myn and my families buisness to them

Toby was very professional and helpful, from welcoming me, to giving a break down, on time which was exact whilst the MOT was carried out. The MOT tested was very polite and very knowledgeable. Definitely a positive experience thank you to you both.
