What a positive experience from start…
What a positive experience from start to Daniel Molindas who gave me a full demo of the vehicle. My case handler kept me totally informed about the process and got me a disabled car the very next day. Due to my mobility car being out of action

Proximo Drivers are excellent
Dawn Joyner was collecting my hire vehicle yesterday, following a delivery. Despite Dawn having some complications with the delivery, therefore delaying her pickup from me, she kept me informed throughout the day so that I was not inconvenienced at all.
As with all delivery/collection drivers from Proximo Dawn was unfailingly polite and cheerful whenever I spoke to her.

It was lovely meeting Dawn today, She did a very comprehensive handover of my hire car. Dawn was extremely thorough and insured that I was happy with everything and all questions were answered or demonstrated before she left.
