I hadn't come across the organisation…
I hadn't come across the organisation before as last time, this is another firm, sent a car out without hand controls, steering balls etc.
It was quite refreshing and a surprise to hear the words of, "What adaptations do you need?".
The whole experience was absolutely xcellent and now I know that your company does private bookings is the cherry on top of the cake.

The delivery driver were excellent, caring, talking to me and not the person behind me,
In a word, "Fantastic guse!!"
Also, that the car was clean and in good order.
The Telephone support staff absolutely brilliant, caring and matched my speed in returning answered to my questions (I'm a Psychotherapist, and called mirroring. It's very hard to do but they excelled in it).
I Tank you and the drivers, stunning service all round
Especially the wonderful delivery drivers Viredra and Neville two really nice guys, they deserve an award or a salary upgrade. 👍👍👍👍

Brilliant and helpful service from everyone we spoke to. Daniel Molinas took his time explaining the car to my son, so he wasn’t left with any unanswered questions.
Perfect car, with just the right adaptions for my son’s disability- he didn’t want to give it back!

Very well organised pickup. A call a day before to confirm and a call on the day giving ample time to expect the pickup driver.

Colin was fantastic, a call early on with an estimated arrival time and he was spot on. A great check over the vehicle . His lift was waiting for him so he declined a cup of tea/ coffee.

Assad is a brilliant driver, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. The driver kept me informed of his journey to my home. The driver provided a comprehensive tour of the rental car and demonstrated how all its features worked. He made sure that I was happy with everything before he left me.
